It doesn't seem like a good company to me. They rent houses at way below market price?? ($1500 for a townhouse, where market price is $1700+ in Orlando ) But wait, they charge a hefty amount of non refundable application fee $50/person and then administration fee$225, before they move you application for final approval. IMO, If you are a landlord, you loss your rent. If you are a tenant you probably waste all your application fee. Only this company make profits in the process. What would think? read more

Be very careful how you do business with this company!!! I do credit them for finding me a place on short notice, but the normal amenities that are promised (washer, dryer, air conditioner,etc.) didn't work. I saw their ad online for a spacious 1 bedroom, I bath for $785, at The Green Condominium on Oak Ridge, and John Young. At the moment I was living in Jacksonville and didn't know much about orlando, so I was quick to apply. When I went to see this unit the first thing that caught my attention were the roaches. I figured hey, maybe they didn't have a tenant occupy this place for awhile... boy was I wrong. They failed to tell me that the COMMUNITY has a serious roach infestation. The AC unit for this apartment wasn't working for several months and the owner (some rich guy who currently lives in New York) didn't want to fork up the money to replace it. " I had to buy three fans to help me deal with the summer heat." To make my experience even worse; one month I paid rent with a money order, and they had the nerve to send me a letter stating that I never paid my rent. Ha! Good thing momma taught me to always keep me receipt. I heard a rumor that someone in their front office was pocketing tenants rents... smh. 5525 PGA Blvd. 32839, please whatever you do, Do Not lease with them or live in this community. They are highly untrustworthy, and your free loading roommates will be roaches. Don't take my word for it; just drive out there, take a tour and see for yourself. I rented a townhouse under All County for 3 years. During that period they had a massive change in management and staff which may be why some reviews here are quite negative. For my experience, I never had a day of trouble with this company. I worked mostly with Bridgette - she was easy to reach by email or phone anytime I had an issue (like when the HOA demanded I immediately pressure wash my sidewalk and I was out of town for a funeral). I never had any trouble with maintenance requests either, my AC broke twice over the three years (bad wire which was replaced) and my fridge broke once. All County responded quickly and all issues resolved. From a tenant perspective, my relationship with All County was great - no hassles, not too intrusive, they left me alone but were there if I needed them. I would happily rent from them again. read more

Do not rent from this property management company. They are extremely unprofessional and will find a way to take every penny of your deposit, which as we all know is the same as one month's rent. If you have any type of issues with your unit- A.C., appliances, etc... It will be up to you to figure it out. This company sucks to high hell. If you're looking for a place to rent and this is the property management company, run away as fast as you can! We wanted to lease when we first came to Orlando to figure out where we would want to settle down and purchase a house. We had nothing but issues with this company from the beginning to the end. Our place was a disaster from the second we moved in, literally. The place was a disaster! The place was absolutely filthy, it looked like something out of an episode of hoarders or when you see a house that animals ran freely through. Stained carpets, dog food everywhere, a large trash bag in the middle of the dining room floor, filth throughout, nails up and dents in the walls with NO painting done, batteries missing out of all of the smoke detectors and light bulbs missing throughout and more. NOTHING WAS DONE! They apologized profusely and said they would fix everything. Unfortunately we weren't in a position where we had time to go through a long process of finding a new place so we took them on their word and went with it. They told us to put together a list of all the issues and they would fix it. We made a list and sent it to them which they stated it wouldn't all happen immediately but they would make good to fix it. The patterns started. They would fix a couple of things and then we wouldn't hear from them. We would have to call and call and they would not return messages. We even tried calling the parent company which got us nowhere. We would get to the point you would have to practically threaten them to get them to do anything at all. They started to turn it around on us, we got an email from managers Enzo and Jim who were very rude and condescending stating we were 'too demanding' and they do not paint or clean their places, that this was promised by someone who no longer worked there (the guy who showed us the place ended up disappearing and quitting) and their places are taken 'as-is'. After going round for round with them, they finally did some of the items, the ones we deemed most important and gave us touch up paint for the place. At this point we had gone on for so long we just took what we could get. Service issues were very difficult to take care of as well just the same. Heck I had my A/C go out in the prime heat of the summer, and the thermostat showed 96 degrees and was told at first it was going to be a week as this isn't an emergency. What's even more ironic is the manager, Marleia who told us this, the technician that got sent out told us without us even asking that this same thing happened to Marleia and she was all over them 'raising cain' to get it fixed immediately. When you end your lease, they tell you then they don't do walk thru's and state they will do it after you leave. We found out from many other experiences with them they can't be trusted, so we documented all conversations, had photographs and video from when we moved in and did the same when we left. I could go on and on about many other issues we had, just take my word for it they will do everything they can to get out of taking care of them and cannot be trusted. They will act like they forget, close out requests you put in online without even calling, and even get hateful and tell you flat out they won't do it. Jim, Marleia and the staff are confrontational, rude and incompetent. I could not recommend anyone to rent from this company. You have been warned, I wish I was! read more

Terrible and I would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone! They are unorganized and do not care about the tenant who they find an apt for. So many shady things when you rent with them. I lived in my rented condo and not had any access to the pool for exercise room for 6 months!!!!! Because they are incapable of getting me the key! Now that I have moved into another condo and don't have to deal with them anymore things have been working out great! Even to the last minute ..my roommate is waiting for her deposit back from the last apt and it was mailed and returned to All County because they can't even get that right!! read more

I choose ZERO stars. This company has had at least 3 different owners. They were asked to check on our property many times and we were told they would send pictures....they never did. The current management didn't even care who was going into our home and upon the renters leaving they neglected to send us any photos or information on the condition of our home. But they were always quick to get a maintenance guy out there....which did crappy work. I found out about the condition because I finally got in to the home and it was disgusting....why didn't they tell me....were they just going to rent it to someone else that way? Horrible. read more

I used this property management company for two years and I have to say that I was disappointed. As a foreword, I just want to say that for any company, the most important thing is that all your staff be professional in their actions and dealings. It means to go above and beyond the bare minimum of what is asked of you as an employee. In this case, professionalism means to follow up with your customers in a polite and prompt manner so as to show that you are a capable company. This maximizes efficiency and sets the standard. If you or your fellow employees don't have this virtue in mind or are not working to develop these standards, then it is detrimental to your personal growth, your company, and ultimately the tenants you manage. The application process for this company was relatively shady. I called to inquire about a property that I wanted to apply for and the woman we spoke to said that she would email the application to me. About a week went by without a single email. I called the company several times and I could never get into contact with anyone. When I finally got into contact with her, she promptly sent the application. I filled it and attached a money order for the fee and sent it back and literally went through the exact same process and was left completely in the dark as to whether I got the lease or not. Additionally, she gave me the impression that it was MY fault for not being prompt with HER. When I went and saw the house, no one even bothered to come and show the place to us. We simply given the code for the keys and looked around. One of the rooms looked as if a hole was punched in the wall and subsequently patched up. Additionally, the entire room had a lingering odor of cat urine. All discrepancies were reported with absolutely no remedy Over time living there, I have had certain things that needed repair. To my knowledge, the people who do repairs are actually contracted or they are maintenance workers that work for the company. All of the repairs have been phenomenal jobs done professionally. Maybe your maintenance workers should double as property managers, considering this aspect of my experience is the only reason why the review is getting two stars The bottom line: Trying to make contact with this company is a joke. I feel they are more focused on what cut they are going to get from homeowners for managing their property. The professionalism is in the front, but not throughout. My advice? If you value professionalism, prompt service, and the feeling that you're being taken care of and dealt with respectfully and in a dignified way, don't go here. These people are terrible communicators, and when legally binding leases, rental agreements, and money are involved, communication is a huge issue. This company manages properties for a lot of homeowners that live outside of the state/country and as it stands, the homeowners are the only ones who get the business end of this company. read more

We had a month to month contract that they tried to change and charge more rent. We've been out for over 2 months and still haven't received our deposit back, and they did not ever mail any notification that they were keeping any of it. They have not followed Florida Statutes in regards to keeping or returning the deposit. read more

I have had a good experience with this property management company renting out my home here in Central Florida. I had to move out of state for work and their online systems are very easy to use from my end. They found me a nice family to rent my house. I have dealt with other companies on my other rental property and they were a nightmare. All County Premier have been really professional and great to work with. read more

put in an application for a house listed for rent at $50 per adult application fee paid at end of application on Sunday april 1st 2018 at 1pm and on april 2 at 11:30am got an e mail stating they picked a more qualified applicant. well how do you know if I qualify if you have not received any proof of my qualifications like pay slips, DL, SSI info, and I know my credit is good so that wouldn't be an issue. They are taking peoples application fees when they already have the location rented. I paid $100 application fee for me and my husband to not be properly considered for the place. I called the office and spoke with BETHANY and she told me they processed all the applications on that Monday, credit checks, background checks, and all in 4 hours for all the applications, How? This company is taking peoples money who don't have money to waste on bogus applications and pocketing this money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
