Joe showed up a few hours later and was clearly a bigger job than he expected but he knocked it out of the park. He also told me it looked like it wasn't pumped correctly the last time which was pretty disappointing to hear. As a side note Joe was driving one of the nicest septic trucks I have seen. I thought that I was looking at a $20,000 fix. Due to other commitments, I also had a small window during which time I could have them help me. The receptionist was wonderful on the telephone. She said that she would reschedule some routine appointments to accommodate me and she did. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and was able to clean out my tank by refilling it twice with the used water in order to remove the heavy sludge. He also helped me to figure out how to clear the lines to my gray water tank without me having to open it up. The whole experience was so much easier than I feared. I am very grateful and highly recommend these people!

In Line was called, and after noting it wasn't an immediate concern we made an appointment for today. The van arrived a bit early (!!), and this valve was quickly replaced, and another small plumbing job at the kitchen sink was taken care of. Did I mention he slipped on booties on entering the house to keep the floor clean? Nicely done!
