We were very happy with the service Stan provided us. During the install of anew washing machine last week a drip from the shutoff valve showed itself when the feeder hose was removed. In Line was called, and after noting it wasn't an immediate concern we made an appointment for today. The van arrived a bit early (!!), and this valve was quickly replaced, and another small plumbing job at the kitchen sink was taken care of. He was over at my dad's the next day to review the job, quoted us a fair price and fixed the shower that same day.
