They treated my Ozzie like he was family! Wonderfully attentive staff and Liza and crew did a beautiful job! Most handsomest boyo! Thank you

All Creatures was recommended to me by my friend Natalie. I can't tell you how happy I am with the care they took to groom my baby Archer! He looks so cute and smells wonderful! We have already scheduled for his next groom.

Perfect place for everything from a whole "spa day" and hairdo for your standard poodle to a quick "manicure" for your chihuahua. You can board exotic pets here while you go out of town. Nice selection of grain-free and other foods and treats for pets with sensitive stomachs. Also, micro-chipping available! Caring and knowledgeable staff. They work with local rescues to find homes for all kinds of animals in need, and sell a variety of small animal bedding/litter with proceeds going to Exotic Animal Rescue and Pet Sanctuary (EARPS).

Our pup had a grooming visit today and they did a great job. Our pup was relaxed and comfortable, which means a great deal.

Best groomer in Indy! They are always so kind and patient with my dog. I feel totally comfortable knowing she is in good hands here.

Tiny groomer hidden away in a nondescript strip mall on the Southside. Reasonably priced.

Liza and Dana were very kind and took very good care of my elderly cat that had a lot of matted hair due to a thyroid disorder.

My apologizes for never updating!…read more.. So we finished class with Brad - and totally loved it!!!!! Charlie knows all his basic commands, and astonishes people everyday with his listening skills! On top of Brad being a great trainer - we now use him for boarding as well. Since hiring Brad last winter to train Charlie as a 2 month old puppy, Charlie has gone to stay at Brad's while we've been out of town. AND HE LOVES IT SO MUCH! Brad has two dogs of his own which Charlie loves to play with, and has access to wonderful doggie door to go outside. It's like dog heaven for him. It's sad but true, that Charlie never seems to want to come home after Brad's because he loves it so much. But we can't blame him! Additionally, Brad went above and beyond during our last trip - as Charlie had a last minute surgery scheduled before we were going to be leaving the country. Brad ensured us that we wouldn't need to change our trip plans and he would do all the running around to and from the vet with Charlie, and take care of him post-op.... ISNT THAT AMAZING? Not a lot of people would probably volunteer to do that. And we felt very safe with Charlie in Brad's care. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

After many attempts at finding someone who could help with our previous dog she agreed to try and was a true blessing. Our current rescue has different struggles but Pam has been willing to work with us again and that is much appreciated. This was a great experience for all of us, we learned a lot and Theo definitely did too! Every week we practiced new tricks and tactics and our instructor was so knowledgeable and helpful. They also ended the several-week program with a fun obstacle course that earned our graduation! We each did it one at a time and cheered our classmates on. This was a fun environment for learning with my first pet as an adult. They also have a grooming service that we have been using ever since. Ms. Pam is responsive and we schedule appointments over text. For a nail trimming, bath, and full trim is around $40 and she accepts cash or check. Since I live on the south side of downtown, this is a great affordable option compared for pricier options closer by. It's definitely worth the easy drive to Beech Grove.

My dog was severely ill in their care and they waited 24 hours to reach out to me. My dog has been going there for 5 years, many stays and camp visits so the staff knows him very well, his temperament, how he acts etc.. I got a call at 6:06pm (after closing) that he was vomiting blood, the girl could not tell me what happened. When I asked how long he was sick for, she said "he hasn't been himself for 24 hours". When I asked how long he was vomiting for, she said "3 hours". When I asked what took so long to call me, she said "I just found out 30 minutes ago and I'm just getting around to it"....... No one could tell me what happened to my dog, first he ate a bone and his vomit had white chunks, then he didn't eat a bone. Then he ate his own poop and was throwing up poop.. then he didn't do that. They could not get any story straight which just leads me to believe they just were not watching the dogs. We were out of country so my neighbor had to go get him, because they said they were closing and the only thing they could do was drop him off at a vet..he was covered in shit and they sent him home like that. When my neighbor asked what happened, she was told "he ate his own poop and he always does that"..... my dog has NEVER done that, and even if he did, why would this be the first time in 5 years I'm hearing about it?!? They were always excited to see my dog, have him there, and always told me he was good when I picked him up. They are also now denying saying that to my neighbor. The dog illness was one thing, I asked for the owner, Tom, to contact me and he did the next day via phone. Then he looked into it further, read me the text that his staff sent him that they were concerned about my dog in the 24 hours prior but didn't call me, and said he would call me back. Well he ended up texting me back and forth, we were trying to figure out what happened. I told him my dog would not be back and he said that was unfortunate... 7 MINUTES LATER, he accidentally copied me in on a text chain to another CBW employee, and this is word for word what he said: "If we knew, Dale was covered in dog shit when his emergency contact, her neighbor picked him up, we should've gave them a blanket to put on their car seats. Now that Neighbor lady has dog shit all over her car. Let's try to do better with this kind of stuff in the future. Dale still has not recovered. I'll talk to his mom on Thursday. But I really doubt we will let Dale come back. I'll probably have to end up paying for that car to get cleaned. Probably have some other problems with this dog Dale and her mom. But I don't want Dale there anymore. I don't think we make any money when he stays there. We have to give him a bath every day and spend an hour cleaning his cabin every single day sometimes twice a day. Just not worth it for him to be there." I advised Tom he copied me and told him it was absolutely disgusting that I was trying to find out what happened to my dog and he is more concerned about money?!?!?! His response was "that was in poor taste on my end" and that's it. Haven't heard from him. Can you believe that?!? This place that pretends to care for dogs, your family member, and he's texting his staff that they don't make money... my dog never comes home bathed after camp unless I ask for it and pay for it. I can tell that by the way he smells, also, approx $20 for a bath, there's no way CBW wouldn't bring this to my attention if it was a trend and they felt it was getting to be too much loss to give a "free bath" after every stay, they would have lost a lot of money. My dog is still struggling, upon on really taking a look at him, we saw his chest is completely cut open, he has multiple cuts, small lacerations and scratches all over his chest where he is losing clumps of hair. We believe our dog was attacked, he was sick as a trauma response, and they are covering something up. The vet couldn't do much because there was no photos of vomit or a straight story about what happened. Please, do not take your dogs here. They are not safe, and the owner literally proved by texting me that he only cares about the money.

I'm really grateful I found it when I did, I feel like it's really helping my pup become more confident and friendly and I'm so glad that he gets to have a ball with other dogs in a safe and supervised environment. I can tell the people who work here really love dogs and enjoy what they're doing and you can't beat the fact you can check in on the webcam if you ever wonder what your dog is up to. Definitely one of my favorite places on Earth!
