Dr. Falcon's office got him in that day. The entire team there was fantastic! Everyone who works there was friendly, professional and caring. They were busy, but worked like a well oiled machine. Please, please, please stay away from Dr. Falcon. I had been a customer of Dr. falcon for many years. In December 2021, I took my dog, Katie, a shih tzu/maltese in for a strange cough. Dr Falcon said it was allergies but there was no examination of Katie. Over the next five months I took her in 3 more times for her cough and nothing was done until I pointed out how bloated she has become. Dr Falcon did a cat-scan and I was told she had an inoperable tumor. There was no empathy. No advice on how to keep her comfortable or any other options. He spoke down to my whole family even my daughter who is a doctor. For your self and the health of your pet stay clear if Dr. Falcon. read more

Our 30 pound, extremely fat and usually cranky cat got injured and needed some fancy emergency stitching. When I called, I was told to bring him in as fast as possible. Doctors Scott and Falcon took great care of him, and we were able to bring him home the next day. He's doing great, and as usual, we were treated wonderfully by both the doctors and the staff. I can't imagine a harder, or more stressful job than taking care of sick or injured animals and their people, but we felt well cared for. How is anyone's dog, specifically a nervous Malinois, this happy at the vet? Thank you so much to Dr. Falcon and his team for providing great care to my babies, as well as great communication and follow up with me. I also have brought my kitty here, not quite as excited as my dog, but the team also did great with her. I currently live in Texas but am visiting for the summer, and will definitely make it a point to make this location my primary care provider (non emergency, of course) for my babies, regardless of the long drive :) I will also make it a point to share this clinic with friends and family; our pets deserve the best and least stressful care. Over charged for a giant bottle of amoxicillin! I was told it would expire in 10 days but the amount they gave me versus how much I was to give my dog a day was outrageous.. they just wanted to charge me more. They also don't warn you how much anything they're going to do is going to cost you until you're done then they're like BAM that'll be $400 and we don't accept checks. WHAT IF I DIDNT HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY THAT DAY!? The absolute worst part is I paid almost $400 and they told me 'well we don't know if it's an infection or cancer.. so here's some amoxicillin, bye'. Literally didn't even diagnose my dog and sent me on my way with an expensive over sized bottle of medicine. Didn't say.. hey if she doesn't react and get better in the next few days come back.. NOTHING. You have to be rich to use this clinics services. I live paycheck to paycheck as a single mother working 2 jobs. Rent was late, had an over draft fee and late fee. Wth was I supposed to say? I don't have $400?! Seriously the nerve of this place. My dog is still sick and I'm ordering prescriptions online that are only $8!!! They better approve my prescription request or I will flip shit. So yeah.. don't have money? Aka you can't afford an emergency fund? DO NOT GO HERE. They only care about your wallets. read more
