Heard about how this place went to Check it out with Rocky and we all fell in love. Extremely roomy kennels, heated and air conditioned. They have an air exchanger that totally changes the air at least three times a day! They will pamper your pet to pieces. They get to go out and (your choice) with or without other dogs. They go out at least 6 times a day or more. The floors are warmed and comfortable even for us to walk on. Cats are in their element, from what we saw. Rocky had such a good time that when we came to pick him up, he did his happy dance. For a few minutes then went right back to the gal that we were talking to, looked at us as if to,say, ok. See you later and turned to her! Of course he was really glad when we put him in the car, but this place takes fantastic care of your pets and really cares for them! Very very reasonable, they also have ,a groomer, we requested a bath nail trim and a shave. He was so spiffed up and looked so cute it's not funny, They are located in Metamora and have a huge outdoor fenced area, that the pups can play in. We will definitely be using them again and have been telling everyone about them. They also have doggy day care! Terrific. So glad we found it. The staff is terrific and it shows that they all love animals! If you are looking for a place, This is it!!!

They reopened at a new location and we attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt- but between booking and arriving no one reached out to tell us a piece of documentation was missing from our vet and we had to leave with our dog and figure out same day care plans for her. They charged him $800 just for an X-ray and fluids. Told him the cat needed surgery it was going to cost no more then $7,000 and no less then $4,500. Wouldn't work with him. So he had to leave with the cat. My son lives in Midland and went there because it was the only place he found that was open because of the holiday weekend. I have also had to take a few of my pets here and they are WAY overpriced. My dog threw a small bone up hole, which then caused her to vasovagal. We didn't know that's what was wrong with her, but I had already read reviews that they like to blame animals getting a hold of marijuana as reason for the pet to be sick. When we got there, which was around 4 PM. They took her in the back said they were gonna do some labs and an x-ray and then around 10 PM. Finally called us back. The first thing he asked is do you have marijuana in your house. I said no and he says well what we think happened is that she had vasovagal episode when she threw up. So $600 for them to keep her in a cage for hours to tell us that she vasovagaled and was fine.
