My teeth were at a critical point and needed either a massive overhaul of repairs, or complete artificial replacement (do all you can NOT to give up and have all your teeth pulled). When I came partially informed about procedures and asked questions, he listened to me and told me to take my time to express my thoughts and concerns. I knew he had several patients in other rooms at the time, but he listened patiently. That's when I knew I had my guy. My work involved keeping as many natural teeth as possible. He placed new beautiful crowns on damaged teeth, and replaced old failing crowns from long ago. Three new implants were inserted and gave life back to areas that would normally have required a bridge. When the work was complete, I don't mind telling you that I was overcome with emotion. I have lived with sub-par teeth my whole life, no matter the amount of preventative care I invested in them. Through my various visits, I couldn't help to notice that EVERY technician that worked with me was an artist. Each one of them was a perfectionist and took pride in their area of responsibility...and they all did it with genuine care and concern. I have never experienced a more unified and friendly medical office in my life. If you too are at a point where you thought of giving up and doing a desperate dental action, STOP. I do not recommend this periodontist. I did not have a positive experience. I found him to be…read morearrogant, uncaring, and disrespectful. He seemed to get irritated if you take too much of his time or ask too many questions. I had to ask for the antibiotics after the gum surgery, and he gave me the prescription as a photocopy, rather than the original receipt, which I have never seen any doctor's office do. Neither he nor his staff ever called to check back on me to see how I was doing, even though I have serious medical issues. I researched his records online, and found he has some criminal records, which I did not discover until after I had the bone graft. When I tried to call for a checkup after the 4 month healing period, their phones were blocking my calls. I tried to reach them for 2 weeks by asking someone to go by there and tell them I was trying to reach them, and they claimed they were having problems with their phones. What doctor's office leaves their phones out of service for 2 weeks, and does not answer calls from their patients? I won't be back there. I would carefully consider being careful to not put my care into any dentist who conducts his practice in such a cold, calculating manner as that. I do not recommend this doctor.

Going in, I was hopeful for a good experience -- and Dr. Williams and her entire team exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and genuinely caring. Even the associate who came in to review the cost of the procedure was delightful -- friendly, funny, and remarkably easy to work with. It immediately put me at ease. Bethany, the tech who stayed with me throughout the process, was outstanding. She explained everything clearly, reassured me at each step, and kept me distracted in a way that truly felt like having my own daughter there looking out for me. The extraction itself was far better than I anticipated. I'm sensitive to epinephrine in numbing agents, but Dr. Williams administered everything carefully so I never experienced the usual racing-heart feeling. The procedure was quick, not painful, and handled with exceptional skill. Dr. Williams talked me through each part of the process, and she and Bethany kept a warm, pleasant conversation going that made the whole experience surprisingly comfortable. They also provided clear after-care instructions -- both verbally and in writing -- and made sure I knew I could call with any questions. The level of communication, compassion, and professionalism was remarkable from start to finish. Given the circumstances, this was as positive of an experience as I could have hoped for. On November 15, 2022, I saw Dr. Danielle Williams for a consultation on my severe Torii situation…read more  She was kind and understanding.  They explained the procedure thoroughly and also the cost of the procedure.  On December 27, 2022 I had the procedure.  Dr. William and her staff are the most friendly, courteous, professionals with great senses of humor.  The experience was actually fantastic.  I did opt (and highly recommend) for the extended numbing agent that works for 2-3 days.  The headache following the procedure went away with sleep.   I did not need ANY of the pain medications at all!  Not even Tylenol.    The sutures were dissolvable, so there was not even the pain or stress of having sutures removed. Everything went perfectly and I was able to eat almost right away (soft things first, of course).  In 3 days I was back to normal. They even straightened my crooked smile!   I highly recommend Dr. Danielle Williams and her staff at Florida Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Carrollwood.     Sorry it took me so long to review, but I have other health issues.

This is hands down the best dental experience I've ever had…read more I've had a lot of dental work done and I was extremely worried about this tooth because it was very broken and causing me all sorts of pain. At first I was scared because I did feel a lot of tugging and it was all happening very fast but he does it so quick to reduce swelling and healing time. I was able to talk to my fiancee immediately after the extraction. I experience very, very little to no swelling or bruising, not even pain! I took pain pills once just to be on the safe side but did not have to do it again. His staff is phenomenal, they're all happy and very attentive. They were smiling and laughing while working and I've never seen that anywhere in this area of town. Dr. Levine called me about 2 hrs after my visit to make sure I was okay. I had 2 days off to recover but honestly I could've returned to work the next day! I will recommend be recommending this office to anyone that needs a tooth out, this is the place to go.
