I scheduled an appointment with these people for a vbeam treatment a month out. The day of my appointment they called me and said they don't do vbeam at surprise and I would have to go to another location. I find Dr Tyler Moss to be a skilled and interested professional. I came in for a biopsy, but Dr Moss was almost positive it was a cyst and he removed it, stitched me up, gave me follow-up instructions, and I was on my way. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. read more

I called to schedule my sons appointment as a new patient. I was told doctors too busy so have to see a nurse which was fine. I had to call back to reschedule due to schedule change and the lady said we have strict polices here if you have to reschedule again he will not be seen here. Really? I'm sorry but with work and school sometimes things come up. I gave 3 days notice to reschedule so i will be taking my twin sons somewhere else where they aren't rude to people. read more

I've been holding this in since the summer of 2016. This experience with a Dr. Iorio was the worst experience I've ever had in a Drs office. I still think about it and wonder why I didn't just walk out. Doctors should do everything to make you feel comfortable and listen to questions. From the moment Dr. Iorio opened the door and made eye contact with me it was uncomfortable. It was like she hated me!!! I know that sounds silly and it feels silly to write this but that was my experience from start to finish. I went there because my regular dermatologist was booked 4 months out and my friend recommended her. It might be a bad sign if you can get in the same week you call to schedule. She misdiagnosed me I later found out. She was very rude about a few spots I asked if there were options to remove them. She really didn't give me any options. My regular dermatologist zapped the few spots no questions asked!!! Completely different and pleasant experience compared to Dr Iorio. When the Dr left the room I had to ask her assistant to write down what Dr Iorio diagnosed me with so I could go home and research it since it was not explained to me at all. I'm more mad at myself that I didn't walk out because she did zero in on one spot that I told her I wasn't worried about and that my other Dr. has been keeping an eye on it and I had had it all my life. I allowed her to biopsy it because I kinda was in a frozen state, shocked that a Dr. could be so abrasive. I had to have corrective scar surgery on that spot because she did such a poor job. I will forever be reminded of this horrible experience because of my scar. I remember leaving the office in a daze and not even checking with the front desk. I messaged my friend that referred her and asked her why she liked Dr Iorio and also asked if she ever cracked a smile. She was flat out evil and rude. I had a wonderful experience this week! I had 7 moles removed and they did a wonderful job. The staff was caring and took their time to explain the procedure. The facility was very clean and they are taking extra precautions to prevent any transmission of Coronavirus which is a big concern right now. I will definitely be going back soon! read more

Very pleased with Dr. Tyler Moss and staff when I went in to have a small mole removed. Even as a new patient, the appointment was scheduled quickly and easily--unlike two other nearby dermatology practices where I was kept on hold for long periods of time and then told that the first available appointment at those places was 3 months out. I arrived at this office a few minutes early, filled out some paperwork, was treated, and then on my way in 15 minutes. Good outcome for something I had been postponing for a while. read more

This is a review of the clinic in Surprise. I have not been to either of the other clinics. The staff was cordial and professional and the physicians assistant Courtney was most pleasant and took more than sufficient time to answer all my questions. The procedure was performed quickly and professionally. Not sure what else you could ask for in a clinic. You can get a "vibe" at any physicians office the minute you walk in. There have been a few I should've turned around and walked out of in retrospect. The vibe in this office was one of calm and comfort which is what you like to feel especially when the procedures done involve your skin and cosmetic procedures. I would not recommend this place, ever! The female doctor was rude, abrupt and in a hurry. She wouldn't listen to me. She said "you can't believe everything you read on the internet" when I was trying to ask her about a serious illness. She did the skin cancer screening as quickly as possible and left the room. Do not go to Allergy and Dermatology Specialists. PA Courtney Cahill ordered expensive unnecessary tests against my wishes and sent them to the wrong lab. She also did not have anyone call with the test results and she misdiagnosed my issue. This place is a scam. All they want is your money. Stay away! read more

Another update...final visit to have stitches removed. Wonderful service yet again...was taken back minutes before my appt time. Stitches removed quick and given helpful into on how to take care of the area for healing. Went over my lab results with me...used easy to understand terms. Love love love this office...3 out of 3..all 5 star visits. Going to the dermatologist for previous years sun damage can be scary in itself...this office took care of all fears. I saw Dr. Susan Iorio at the Surprise office. Two of my lady friends highly recommended her. My contact with the front office was positive. When I called to schedule they verified my insurance. When I arrived I filled the forms they had waiting. They were very nice. I'm sorry I cannot remember the medical assistant's name. She was very professional and had me get ready. Dr. Iorio explained each of the skin blemishes I was concerned about and one I wasn't. She took biopsies of each. She was professional and answered all questions. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend the office. read more

This review mainly based on a 50.00 missed appt fee the dermatologist sent me. Yes, I did miss an appt, we got our wires crossed- and didn't get the message. However, I have been a patient for a couple of years, and have never missed an appt. I find that odd, that they were so quick to send us this fee. My second 1 star rating would be that every single time I come for my appoint Dr. Pehoushek is late, not 20 minutes somewhere in the range of 30-45 mins. Every appointment. I was very pleased. Nice people, thorough as well. My husband had a sore that the primary said was just infected hair follicles and to keep using the triple antibiotic. It hadn't healed, so we came here. Saw PA Cahill, very nice and competent. She took a look at that sore and immediately took a biopsy. The primary hadn't even thought about skin cancer and a referral. I think she'll get a small piece of my mind. read more
