Michael and Chris came today to do a ceiling fan repair (tall ceiling) and install a light switch in a guest bedroom ) only had a remote to control light and fan). We had previously had a different service come out, but they didn't come with the right equipment to reach the fan and didn't do the light switch because it was too complicated. Michael and Chris came prepared with a 16' ladder for the fan. Long story short, after numerous tries to repair, the fan needed to be replaced. They left to do another job so I had time to get a new fan. They came back as promised and replaced the fan. It was tested several times before they left. The wiring for the guest room light switch needed to be installed. Michael knew what they needed to do right away and got it done. I did have an appt originally scheduled for last month and they had to call that morning to cancel as someone was sick. I understood, but I was unhappy as I was home that day. In the end, they did a great job for us. Happy to give them 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them if I need any electrical work done. Thank you! read more

They quoted a service fee of $65 when I described the problem over the phone and I agreed to pay. Within 10 minutes of arrival I was then informed it would be an additional $250 to run a diagnostic test. I questioned why that wasn't covered in the service fee and was told that only covers the drive there. Really? No thank you. Found a much better electrician that fixed the issue within 20 minutes without a service fee or test. Don't waste your time or money with this shady business. read more

Called All Electric Services out to fix a wall outlet in kitchen. He first told me it was missing a ground wire! (It was not) He then went in attic and said there was spliced wires not in a metal box and that had to be fixe. He couldn't find the problem with my outlet but I owed $324 for his diagnosis! WHAT DIAGNOSIS!!!! Called another company from Deltona and it was fixed in 20 minutes, ( a neutral wire was loose in another outlet). He went in attic to look at wires that were not in metal box and THEY WERE IN A METAL BOX! They were pulled out and no lid on it. He put them back in and put a lid on. Only Charged $150! read more

WOW! We just had Andrew from All Electric Services correct some issues and install a couple of fixtures for us today. Not only was he ON TIME PROMPTLY, he was also so very professional and took great care in doing the work. Let me add to this a little something else....HONESTY. We had some can lights that are on the fritz and we wanted to have them replaced. Andrew took a look at them and explained that this would be a simple fix for us to do as opposed to him having to charge us to do it. THAT IS REFRESHING! I am so happy I found this company! We had an issue with our AC that required an electrician - on a Sunday night at 7 PM. With young kids, we didn't want to wait until morning to fix the issue. I spoke to Pete at 7:30 and he was at my home by 8:30 with the issue resolved by 9. It was a bit pricey for what the issue turned out to be however well worth having the AC up and running overnight and considering it was after hours. A couple weeks after the review All Electric reached out to me. It seems my message to their main line got lost somewhere in the shuffle. They were concerned to hear that I still had persistent electrical issues that they didn't solve and asked if they could make good on the missed repairs. They were able to send a technician out whom checked the various areas of concerns. Just after the walk through I realized that we had both forgot to check the lighting on the back deck. After some coordination they sent out two electricians whom found and resolved the issue with the outside lighting. Between the two visits they made sure that I got a detailed report to provide my insurance company. I've not had any repeat billing issues so I'm going to chalk it up to the one technician and not an issue with All Electric. The company has been very proactive in trying to make sure that my concerns were addressed and I suspect that I would have got the same concerned follow up if they had got my message on their main line originally rather than this yelp review. read more

We needed a small chandelier replaced (we already purchased it), and a wall switch that seemed to have an electrical short. The electrician from All Electric Services in Lake Mary, FL showed up, gave us an estimate of $270 to hang the chandelier and the rest for 'diagnostics' and a trip charge, with no guarantee what the switch plate repair would cost or if he could complete the repair the same day. He took pictures and said we had to pay $530 up front. Instead, we paid the $65 trip charge and sent him on his way. We then called another company in Deltona. They arrived that afternoon, hung the chandelier, and without 'diagnostic' charges, determined that all we needed was a new switch for the wall outlet. The job took less than 2 hours (they assembled the chandelier), and the bill for both was $163.00. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. STAY AWAY!!! In my opinion, I would utilize any other electrician online. I called them to come out on a Sunday ($280 just to diagnose). As my main breaker kept flipping. After an hour of looking, I was told the office was ordering a new breaker and that I would receive a call tomorrow. The next day I get an emailed quote for $2532. Stating I needed to replace everything next to the meter. I called another larger company, the electrician came out, diagnosed and replaced the faulty breaker for $148 parts and labor. (issue was a breaker that allows current to pass with resistance causing heat to build and flip). In my opinion All Electric Services is a dishonest company that is gouging consumers and ripping them off. I selected them due to the reviews online, I now believe these are fake reviews or people that don't get a second opinion. read more
