I was very pleased with the technicians and that they found that everything was OK. Because of that visit, I signed up for their monthly membership. I called to have the plumbing side of my membership done today was a very pleased when Bryce arrived and on time. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing. I needed a couple of new parts and he installed them quickly and neatly. I highly recommend this company from their front office to the servicemen.

Here is our story. I won't go as far as saying it is a scam. I will say it was a disappointing experience that caused us to lose faith in Ultimate, although to that point they had been our contracted service company for twice a year maintenance inspections. During one of their routine check up visits last year, the technician told my husband that there were serious things wrong and we needed a new unit. He said that a sales guy would be in touch with us to follow up to make selection for a new unit. We were astounded because the unit was less than 10 years old, we have 3 zone heating and cooling in a custom built home home, we are meticulous about maintenance. We heard from the sales guy a day or two later, he came to our home and met with my husband and I listened to the discussion while working on other things. The sales guy was very nice but this is not our first rodeo, as the saying goes, given this is our fourth custom home where HVAC units were installed to serve multiple zones so my husband had a number of good questions and the answers were vague. We had no reason to distrust Ultimate at that point, but with an almost $25K estimate to install a new unit, we needed a second opinion by a qualified HVAC business. So we called another company we used during an emergency after a water leak that required the restoration company to have the HVAC unit to be removed and replaced. We used that company then because Ultimate couldn't fit us in to their schedule. That other HVAC company did a great job during the emergency so we asked them to come look at our unit. They did and issued a clean bill of health. We are loyal customer types and would have stayed with Ultimate forever in the service contract we renewed with them every year for twice yearly check ups on our HVAC. But after that experience, we switched our annual contract over to this other company. I'm going to give them credit for the years they did the the two seasonal checkups years on our HVC. So I'll post 2 stars with that credit in mind. But I don't think Sam M's 1 star is wrong.

These laptops are not sourced ethically, they run scams in order to purchase them. He promised to buy my laptop at full price on Facebook. He then used his fingernail to put multiple deep scratches in the screen and tried to lowball me after damaging my laptop. When he closed it, he did it so hard that something snapped internally. He ran away when I called the police and unfortunately they don't have the resources to pursue this. Not sure how much im out yet but I definitely can't sell it in this condition. If you see these people or this car when selling something run the other way, you will have your stuff destroyed. Luckily he was dumb enough to tie his business name to his scams, so I can warn others. They sell laptops at literally triple their market value. And they still feel the need to use dishonest business practices to make their 300% profit margins even bigger. Edit to address his response: it's normal to be nervous when someone is holding your property and clearly trying to pull something. I just wanted my laptop back, but he refused to give it to me. The "damage beyond what we would sell" was shown in the second photo and was why the laptop was so cheap and worth reselling for him, I even asked if he looked at the photos before handing it to him to avoid this very scam. My reaction was "rehearsed" because this guy is not the first person to think of damaging an item and lowballing me. It is a very, very common scam I'm aware might happen when I hand over an item without payment (and has happened to me before), so I know how to mitigate the risk. Ill let the rest of his response speak for himself. I've added the second photo to the review so everyone can see what he agreed to buy. Also, "you break it, you buy it" is not coercion, it is a very basic rule of life P.S. he originally tried to lure me to his store (proof added) so he does not even believe in "meet in a neutral location", I was the one to demand we meet somewhere safe. I just saw "up to the full 200" in his first message which is all but proof he intended this scam, original plan was probably to get me to drive 30 min then lowball me and use the "up to" wording to justify it legally.
