I called on a Sunday and got a call back Monday, scheduled for Wednesday to fix my 30 yr old dryer that had started squeaking. Rich provided excellent service for us. We just bought a home with a gas Jen-Air cooktop/range that didn't seem to be igniting properly. He cleaned out the burners as best as could be done (the previous owner had clearly never cleaned or cared for the stove at all). The stove performance is greatly improved. Rich walked me through all the steps of what he did and how to clean them. He was also very honest about the fact that to get it working like new would cost as much (or more) than the cost of replacing the entire stove (due to the brand and cost of replacement parts).
