Other that, they didn't know what's to do because they couldn't replicate the odor. Charged me $120 service call and left. Technically, it was a service call but there was no actual service unless you count numerous toilet flushing "service". Rich has always been my go -to for plumbing issues. I expected better. Rich has $120 of my money, and I still have toilet odors wafting up from my shower drain. I won't be in a hurry to call them again.
