I was hoping to have a service performed right away, but we were told that we needed an appointment. That was fine, since we live in the area anyways. I made an appointment to get a Neurotoxin treatment for the next day, which was Friday, 04/19/2024 at 10:00 am. Luckily, they were able to get me on the schedule that fast. When I returned for my appointment, I was instructed to fill out forms. After I finished, we were guided to the back by Alexa Campbell. She evaluated my face and went over my options. I ended up going with the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Initial Treatment and she recommended 22 units total for the zones I wanted to target. Each unit was $10.00. Since I was a new customer, I was given 20% off for my treatment, so it only ended up being $176.00. That was awesome. The treatment didn't cause me too much pain and definitely didn't take very long. My head felt heavy for a little bit, but it quickly subsided. It was recommended to have the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Follow Up Treatment two weeks later. I scheduled mine for Wednesday, 05/01/2024 at 10:00 am. The customer service was pleasing and professional during my time there. I recommend Alexa for a Xeomin treatment for sure! Overall, this place didn't disappoint. I was immediately concerned how free she is with showing you pictures on her iPad of ALL of her clients when she never asked me once to sign a consent form to share MY photos. I will say that each appointment was a struggle. I would say what my goals were and Nadia would reply, but make sure you NEVER say you weren't 100% satisfied about a previous appointment. Nadia will argue with you over and over again and trust me, you can't end that fight. In fact, you didn't even know you were in a fight! Nadia will just come at you in the most combative manner and you have two choices, just nod your head or walk out. This last appointment was the last straw for me. She kept asking me about "redoing my frown lines" which is interesting, because I've never had my "frown lines" done. Ever. I don't even have a frown line. What I do have is a scar which Nadia wrote down with every appointment but seemed confused each time I resurfaced. On my last visit, I did try some Dysport around my eyes (smile lines) to combat a skin and tissue issue I have in addition to the other things I typically have done. At THIS appointment, I said (and I quote), "I'd like the same thing as last time but let's not do my smile lines. I didn't notice much of a difference." THIS. SET. HER. OFF. First, she told me I didn't understand how Dysport worked. Then she told me it doesn't remove deep creases (I don't have deep creases, so that was odd), and then she said if I took pictures, I wouldn't claim it "didn't work." I explained that I never said it "didn't work", what I said is I didn't notice a big difference but I DID take pictures: 2 weeks before, 1 week before, 1 week after, 2 weeks after, and 1 month after. I also took VIDEO. To me, personally, and to my husband, we didn't notice a big change so I simply don't want THAT particular treatment. No. Nadia wasn't having it. She kept arguing and her voice got louder as she complained I didn't take the right pictures and she would pull up her own pictures to "prove me wrong". Either way, it's MY FACE. If I don't want something done, that's MY BUSINESS. I said there's no need to pull up pictures: I'm simply saying I don't want this ONE treatment. Can we just do the two others? NO. Nadia then raced around her room to pull up my old picture and try to show me that I am incorrect and she worked her *magic* on me and I'm just WRONG. I paused... probably for too long because finally Nadia stopped talking too. "Nadia," I said. "I simply don't want dysport here. It's my face. It's my opinion. I don't know why you're trying to argue with me but..." and that's all I got to say before Nadia broke in again about how I don't understand the procedure. I let her finish her rant and then I stood up and walked out. I'm never going back there again. I endured Nadia's weird condescension for my other appointments. I dealt with the fact that she spouts National Inquirer stories like they're "news". I suffered through the fact that she doesn't seem to understand science or social cues or how to behave to paying customers. I overlooked all of that because the work she did was decent. Today, being YELLED AT because I didn't want one procedure was completely unacceptable.

They have good hours and are extremely flexible. I am very much a "same-day-appointment" type of girl and they have always been able to accommodate me! They always have at least 3-5 stylists on the floor, so someone is almost always available to do a cut, color or treatment. I always get my waxes done here too, when I'm in the area. They do a great job. Oh, and they have free wifi! Whenever getting my makeup done for a special occasion, I always get Ora. She is the BEST with makeup. Whenever I go in for a facial, I get Sabrina. She is such a sweetheart and her facials are so relaxing and therapeutic. She even puts essential oils in the room to help open up my sinuses. Danya has always done a great job with my hair too. I love their deep conditions! I love how they just treat you like family here. They really get to know you and remember you once you've gone there a few times, which I love. Dad and I drove by the other day so I could see where mom went to get her hair done. I saw that wheelchair through the front window. It made me pullover and weep in the parking lot.
