I had a 60 minute massage. The massage therapist asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure; I said medium. It was still the hardest pressure I have ever had on a massage and was mostly painful, even after I asked her to go lighter. I was certain I would bruise after. I understand that this is a preference though so that may be ideal for some. The part that really took away stars for me was that she thoroughly massaged my feet and then, shortly after, moved to massaging my forehead and temples. I've just walked out of this place and I'm so disturbed by their inability to articulate why they've made such an obvious adjustment to their service offering. As now all of the words "massage" has been replaced with the word "acupuncture" with tape and a piece of tape on their menus. I asked the person at the front desk to explain and with very little knowledge of English, he was unable to do so. Then, was told to call a number and someone else picked up the phone in which I repeated myself nearly five times and he was unable to articulate it either. Then, he shows up to the shop, completely ignores me, serves a customer who purchased a Groupon (in which I'm paying full price), and completely ignores me. How dare someone expect you to pay money on a service that is not well-described and are unable to answer any questions that a customer may h It was pretty awful, especially as you come to these places to feel relaxed and now I'm more worked up then I was before I came. I had a groupon bought for me. $29 for 1 hour massage. Which has now dropped to $27. I called the facility and They got me in right away. When I got there, of course they pulled the "no speaky English" and the up-sale. You have oil. Private room. Ok. That's fine. Where do they not have private rooms? Walking in it was very cute. Quaint. Then we walk through to the "private room" which is a slide accordion plastic door with no lock. Just a thin magnet. -.- The massage was under par at best. When I went to leave Jenny was like "lady" so I walked back in. They said I still had to pay. So the extra $10 up front was for the "oil". Ok that's fine too. But, They charge you a tip! Not an option. It's based on the price, the price you pay for services. So no matter if you are not happy with the service or just ok with the service they still charge you. I'm glad this was a groupon. If I had paid full price for this mishap, I would have been ticked! I have a massage therapist, I should have just waited on her. Now I'm more jacked up than before I walked in and I have to explain to her why I cheated. Lol. Guess it serves me right. I woke up this morning with bruises all over my upper back:( I can not and will not recommend this place unless you don't know any better. Just a side note. When they are too small to reach they climb up on the bed knees at each side of your head and their private parts scrubbing the back of your skull while you are face down. No one can hear your silent cries of horror. And if you have a weave, sew in, wig, updo, or even a cute style I wouldn't recommend because they massage your scalp. That wasn't so bad. When she stuck her fingers in my ear I was creeped out. So if it bothers you please don't be like me. Let them know. Or just find somewhere else. Just my opinion. But it was clean. And it was quiet. The last two times I have came to Four Seaon and Spa I have gotten the 20 min chair massage for $25. When it was time for me to pay I gave the woman $40 and then I asked my my change she said did you not like your massage and I said yes I did. I'm not tipping 60%. I normally give $10. I cannot comment on the actual service, but I bought a Living Social coupon, mentioned it on the phone, showed up for my appointment, and was told to "call Living Social and cancel - I would get a better price in the store." It was humiliating. I called LS and sat on hold with them for 15 minutes to try to get my money back. DO NOT trust this place. If I hadn't stumbled upon a coupon for this place, I wouldn't have known it existed. I thought it would be like Nine Dragons Foot Finesse in Highland but it's different. I tried the 1 hr combo massage, which is a 30 min foot massage followed by a 30 min back massage. The area for the foot massage is more private than Foot Finesse with curtains separating every two beds. What threw me off was moving to a private room for the back massage but my masseuse Lina was excellent! The back session also included some stone massage. Since I didn't know who my foot masseuse was, I felt like I was shorting her a tip since I never saw her again after I moved to the other room. But since it was my first time there, I'll know for next time. When you leave, they also provide you a nice cookie and candy treat, like you get at the end of a bridal shower. I was excited to get a massage but they go wayyyy to hard on the massage where the lady was pushing so hard on my back that my chest hurt so bad. They are way too hard on you and do not take their time. I did enjoy the hot stones but there was no warning before she was about to do it. When they lifted the sheet I was exposed and wish she went about it in a different way. Not terrible service but defiantly not the best by any means. Also they requested a 50% tip.... like is that a joke? They need to regroup and read the reviews that people are leaving to then go and take their advise so their business can do better. read more

Best massage I have ever had with the 90 minute massage! I have extreme back pain and My massage therapist Helen hit all the right spots. I didn't even have to tell her my target spots because she found them and focused on them on her own! I recommend the full body oil massage, it is private and worth it. She seemed experienced dedicated to a great massage. They do sometimes get up on the table to be able to put right amounts of pressure and get your entire back, I was comfortable with this. Some people have said they did not like the 60 minute massage because it is just a chair massage with clothes on and foot massage in a room with other people. If you expect that what the cheaper massage is then it should be no problem but if you prefer private massage with massage oil on back then goose full body massage! read more

My husband and I have been here twice; we love it... HOWEVER, the only complaint we have is that on both occasions, when getting massages they answer the telephone to answer business questions & walk out to greet customers! It kills the mood; it is supposed to be a relaxed, calm, noise free environment. Came with my friend on a Saturday and luckily we got right in. We tried getting into Foot Finese first but they were booked up. Helen was my masseuse and she did an excellent job.
