The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.
