I always had good experiences at the dentist growing up (maybe because I never had a cavity until 40) but I have some friends with trauma from their childhood dentist experiences. Here they making everything calm but playful for both regular appointments but also this recent experience with a filling. They Explained all of it so nothing is a surprise, but they use kid friendly terms. They teach you about that before hand so you can use them too! They used laughing gas and a movie to help the little ones stay still and calm. They also took time to talk directly to my son about his habits and help him be informed instead of just me. He took it really seriously and on his own stopped eating an Apple right before bed (after brushing teeth) and changed his routine based on what he planned with Dr. Jason and he's just 4.5! I saw a review about billing being poor but I have always had great experiences with them!

I was told he would be seen faster if he was placed on a cancellation list and did not need to schedule a new appt. I called 6 months later asking where we were on that list and was told there was no such thing as a cancellation list and I should have made an appt. I was then told the next available is in August, an entire year later. This Dr is amazing but obviously prioritizes more patients over current ones.

The receptionist was super friendly and efficient from scheduling appointments to the in-person meeting. Everything flowed smoothly. The dental assistants and Dr. We're nothing short than amazing. Very thorough and friendly. Explained everything in detail. They are super busy and booked and it looks like they have waiting list of about 2 months for a general cleaning. Happy to find a new location for my son that accepts his insurance. He was nervous having to switch dentists again, but he came out and stated he liked the place.

Big Little Smiles absolutely knocked it out of the park. From answering all of my questions when scheduling and frequent helpful text reminders, to the super fun waiting room and incredibly patient and kid-friendly staff - our first visit was epic. Their priority is making sure first timers have a good experience - so when one of my kiddos didn't want to lie back in the chair, they said no problem, stand! When they got nervous about something, all questions were answered and then they did a fun, rapport-building distraction before getting back to business. It was masterful. Days later I am feeling a serious ossie with a filling that was apparently falling off and there seems to be significant irritation as a result of the doctor scraping my tooth with his instrument. I called them to notify them of this issue and spent the entire day going back and forth about wanting to know what accountability they would take as a result. The office reported that they could set up another appointment and told me thats all that they can do. As a long time custoer I thought more care and concern would have been given to my issue of extreme discomfort after my visit and nothin presenting being wrong with me.

They use all the right distraction techniques to ease the nervousness that comes with new experiences like x-rays. The office is very clean, and the TV on the ceiling, friendly colorful environment (gifts after appts) is a great touch. Everything runs efficiently, and I've never had to wait at any of our visits. They do so well with my child, taking the time to talk to her directly engaging and distracting her appropriately through the exam so she doesn't get overwhelmed, while also keeping me fully informed. They explain any concerns clearly, provide tips / OTCs I can use at home, and point out things to watch for on the horizon so we can catch issues early. I really appreciate that balance of care for both child and parent. This office has consistently been a positive experience for us, and I believe the people/care here are absolutely worth the trip.
