Made me feel so comfortable by offering a blanket and letting me watch tv. The office is inviting played good music and was so clean. The bathroom smelled so good! All the staff were so nice as well. I just only wanted confirmation a few days before my appointment regarding payment details but that was an issue with my email address missing a letter so just confirm. Otherwise you are in great hands! I was in a bit of pain when I left because I was allergic to red dye for the advil but she even prescribed me more medicine and I'm not in pain just about 5 hours later! I'm so thankful they stayed late to got me in on Friday and make sure I was no longer in pain. It was a long process but it was so worth it! Thank you all. See you soon to get my crown!

After waiting outside about 15min with my 5YO and another customer (who was complaining about the signs to her husband) we gather our stuff and go in only to be told they don't allow children in the office because they run around and "mess with dental tools". What's irritating is lack of communication on the above issues by staff. I made appointments for myself, my wife and (ready for this) my 5YO son that I had just now canceled. Their solution was to have me wear a mask and leave my 5YO by himself in the lobby. Are you f*ucken nuts? Who would do that to their child. I always had good experiences at the dentist growing up (maybe because I never had a cavity until 40) but I have some friends with trauma from their childhood dentist experiences. Here they making everything calm but playful for both regular appointments but also this recent experience with a filling. They Explained all of it so nothing is a surprise, but they use kid friendly terms. They teach you about that before hand so you can use them too! They used laughing gas and a movie to help the little ones stay still and calm. They also took time to talk directly to my son about his habits and help him be informed instead of just me. He took it really seriously and on his own stopped eating an Apple right before bed (after brushing teeth) and changed his routine based on what he planned with Dr. Jason and he's just 4.5! I saw a review about billing being poor but I have always had great experiences with them!

I was told he would be seen faster if he was placed on a cancellation list and did not need to schedule a new appt. I called 6 months later asking where we were on that list and was told there was no such thing as a cancellation list and I should have made an appt. I was then told the next available is in August, an entire year later. This Dr is amazing but obviously prioritizes more patients over current ones.
