From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Reesha talked me through every step and made sure I was fully numb -- and I truly felt ZERO pain, not even from the shot! I couldn't believe it. If someone has an appointment booked DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE WEEK BEFORE TO SAY ITS CANCELLED especially when it was booked months out. Do what you gotta do and make that accommodation and don't try to be a smart ass with it cause your services already suck as is. If a child has been coming to you since they were one and now they are turning four you should be able to see them in the afternoon since you cancelled their morning appointment. Talking about since kids ages 0-5 are anxious in the afternoon. Girl hush, is it not better for a child to be seen in the afternoon then not at all because once again YOU CANCELLED all 3 of their appointments the WEEK BEFORE EVEN WHEN IT WAS SCHEDULED MONTHS AGO!!
