When I asked them to review my case, they said I was still required to pay the full amount, even though the front desk staff had told me that this issue could be resolved and that many people had experienced similar situations. The head manager was absolutely unpleasant, showed no understanding, and simply shifted all the responsibility onto me instead of their own employee.This has been the worst experience of my life with a gym. For example: the Adduction/Abduction machine (which was 2 for each muscle group) is now ONE machine (which I get bruises from on the inside and outside of my thighs WHEN I can get on the machine). This is typically a FEMALE machine, so of course, since TREVOSE is NOT catering to WOMEN, they downsized this machine from 4 to 1. In addition, the aerobic machines have DOWNSIZED tremendously. Last Saturday, I could NOT get on a Treadmill OR an elliptical because it was SO busy. Again, aerobic machines typically cater to WOMEN. Of course the 30 minute express and the outside of this area has NOW FREE WEIGHT MACHINES WHICH CATER 90% BY MEN. VERY UPSET. WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITES TO WARN WOMEN AWAY FROM PLANT FITNESS IN TREVOSE.

Not the best location. At the start this gym was nice and chill, but you come to realize that the…read morepeople that go there are genuinely just insufferable. The staff always seems to be policing you and monitoring you like your children. That's the problem. People in the gym were making false claims about me that weren't true and overall made a bad environment. Also not to mention that there aren't any platforms to do squats on and whatnot. There's two racks for barbell squat but half the time they're always being occupied. The hot tub is not the best and on many occasions, it has functionality issues. Tbh, it's just the environment and the usual people that go to that gym that ruins the vibe. They say the gym is a social place for anxiety or loneliness. They even have signs for that but nobody in that gym ever wants to talk and always quick to report people for no reason. It has a nice turf, but I personally do not like the environment and the people that go there. It is not a very inclusive location that includes people of all colors, backgrounds, and opinions. It seems like a white-washed place where all white people want to run this location their way.
