Ahmad (who is great) communicated with me via text to hear about the issue and schedule an appointment (he is extremely responsive). We called and he was in the area so he came the same day. He repaired the icemaker and ran it…read morethrough a couple of cycles to be sure it worked. It seems there was a plug of ice in the tubing that was blocking the water. While he was doing the repair he kept saying he thought it was a valve or a pump (we can't remember which) that needed to be replaced and that we really needed to have a plumber come and put a shut off valve in the water pipe behind the fridge. We gave him a check and he left. Five minutes after he left we noticed water was leaking through the dispenser on the front of the door and running down onto the floor. It was also spraying water inside the freezer. We called him right away and the first thing he said was "you have another problem". He went back to talking about a valve/pump that he thought needed to be replaced and that that was probably the issue. We said that we did not think he could diagnose the new problem without looking at the unit. We asked him to come back since it had only been 10 or 15 minutes and he said he was on his way to another town. He offered to come back when he had another job in our town area and we told him that was not acceptable that we need it fixed. He agreed to come back the next day. He arrived and discovered that there was another ice blockage in the ice tray that did not get cleaned out the first time. He cleaned out the second ice blockage and the icemaker now works fine. As he was leaving he said something like he hoped we didn't have to end up having that pump/valve replaced in the future. We would not hire this company again.

He was…read moreone of the few repair people who returned my call and so I jumped at having him come out even though his charge was 95$. He briefly ran the dishwasher at three stages and proclaimed that it was the water temperature. I asked him why the water temperature would matter now after we've had the washer for 17 years. At that time he said it may be the pump is going bad. He never did another thing to investigate the problem. He did reduce his fee to $75, but still, without him actually doing more investigation on our problem I felt that even that was a rip off. I have Rick's receipt on my refrigerator to remind me to never use him again.

Unfortunately, our home warranty service was being a bit of a pain but Valerie kept us informed and always replied promptly to my text messages. Valerie even called our home warranty company and was able to get them to replace our refrigerator without a second opinion! And she did this after working hours! Contracted Troy to install under the sink filtration system we purchased. Broke the kitchen faucet while disconnecting it (which he never needed too in the first place). Kitchen sink is TOTALLY useless! He installed the filtration system on a Thursday and after repeated attempts to contact him he finally returned my call-- once. We scheduled the next day for him to repair the damage; never saw or heard from him since-- today is Sunday! Still no kitchen sink. Please, do NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!
