Best of all my big kitty was very happy and content and not the least bit stressed. He pranced around like a little lion king showing off for days afterward. He was one handsome happy kitty and I was very pleased with their services! But each cat is different. My Snow Bengal is skittish about being groomed at home, so I wasn't sure how it would go. Since that was her first time to a groomer, she just got a comb out, claws clipped and a bath and blow dry, no trimming. While they did an excellent job with her, the whole experience just stressed this little kitty out too much. I think her stress was more from the travel, and exposure to all the other animals, smells and noises, new people, etc. It just overwhelmed her. So lesson learned, I will take care of grooming her at home. Bottom line, yes I highly recommend Groomingdales for your pet grooming needs. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they have pretty limited hours and days of operation, and they haven't been good about returning my recent phone calls trying to get an appointment scheduled for my Maine Coon to get in again. My son finally got through, but they were backed up for weeks before they could get my kitty in. Perhaps they need to expand their hours, maybe offer evening hours, and get more help to meet customer demand for their great services.

Not knowing what to expect, I asked Olivia to let me know what she will be doing. Maxie will get a bath, full body haircut, nails trimmed, and hair between the paws trimmed. I walked Maxie to the mobile van and went back inside my house. Two hours later the doorbell rings and a groomed Maxie is waiting to come inside. Maxie looked and smelled great.
