The service is ok, but they are very unorganised, they said they had a book that I needed for school but they didn't end up having it. Their book trade in system is quite sloppy, I gave them $200 worth of old books and they gave me $15 worth of book credits. the value is terrible as well. A very rough looking book about Athens, Greece that I bought was $25, originally $25.50. Other than that, I love the place, I just wish it had better organisation and value.

Now…read moreit's the Shoppes at Woodhill, and it has a whole new vibe including a relatively new Barnes and Noble. And that turns out to be a bookstore with a lot of good things about it. First, it's big, spacious, clean, lots of seating spaces. Second, it's got a lot of books in a lot of genres. And third, and least important to us, it's got a lot of other stuff that isn't books -- things like gifts, etc. -- that add up to a store welcoming to visitors with all sorts of interests. Our primary interest is books, and we found many to like here. Unlike some BN stores, they carry a lot of classics in different publishing formats. There are large sections of popular fiction and nonfiction, and very appealing and diverse cookbook and mystery sections. We really enjoyed our visit here, and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff. We didn't need any help in our searches, but they are quick and efficient in the checkout. All in all, a very good experience, and we can recommend this store without hesitation.

It's very quaint and cozy and even has a little book nook for children. Oh and I can't forget that there also a coffee shop. I didn't buy any coffee, but it's nice to know if I wanted to I could. Now it is a little difficult to find as it is tucked inside this other building so just look for The Arcade building that has the Asian noodle restaurant. It's in that building down the hall.
