The service is ok, but they are very unorganised, they said they had a book that I needed for school but they didn't end up having it. Their book trade in system is quite sloppy, I gave them $200 worth of old books and they gave me $15 worth of book credits. the value is terrible as well. A very rough looking book about Athens, Greece that I bought was $25, originally $25.50. Other than that, I love the place, I just wish it had better organisation and value.

I've been visiting this location for over 5 years and the cafe staff are so friendly and despite my irregular visiting schedule, they remember my name each time I'm there. I also enjoy when they have after season clearance sales -- they will gradually mark items down to 50% off, then 75% off and the remaining will go for $1-2/item. The best time to check this out is after a holiday (think post-Easter / Halloween, etc.) as they will have a bunch of mark downs. Which makes this store such a treasure. You can find a great selection of items and get your caffeine fix at the indoor Starbucks. The distinct sobering scent of brewed coffee grounds greets you at the entrance. The aisles are easy to navigate and of course there's wifi.

It's very quaint and cozy and even has a little book nook for children. Oh and I can't forget that there also a coffee shop. I didn't buy any coffee, but it's nice to know if I wanted to I could. Now it is a little difficult to find as it is tucked inside this other building so just look for The Arcade building that has the Asian noodle restaurant. It's in that building down the hall.
