We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. The only negative thing I can say is now I'm seriously considering when I can have him back to tackle my F-150!

Contacted him on March 12th to confirm what time he would be arriving on March 15th. I was told around 9am. March 15th 9am comes and he doesn't show up nor contacts me that he's running late. I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. If this is the kind of service you are wanting or looking for then he's your man.

Seeing the extent of the staining and red clay in the carpet, he had to revise his estimate, but it was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. He has a truck that has a steamer on board and was able to steam clean the entire interior and WOW!!!!!! it looks and feels like a new car. And the smell is GONE!!!!! He is very meticulous and VERY detailed and HIGHLY recommended for a deep clean!!!

He pays attention to detail especially for the prep before entering the wash or if anything else needs attention while you are drying or vacuuming your vehicle and that matters to me. It's nice to see someone with strong work ethic. I never have to wait long even when there's a long line. And for those few people that seem to have a problem, if you have an issue, they go out of their way to make it right.
