I confirmed the appointment 3 days before the date we had discussed and provided address information. The night before, Calvin texted me that the driver had a Dr.'s appointment and would have to push back the time. No problem. I pulled the car from storage and got it ready to tow at the appointed time. Then Calvin called me and said we would have to push the date back five days. Two days later, he called and said the driver was not available and he did not have anyone who could help me. So a month later, I'm back to square one. Very disappointed. Two stars for calling and cancelling three days before I got the car out of storage... again.

I have to say our scheduled visit to AAA Tire & Auto Service on Black Friday proved to be better…read morethan I had hoped for but more costly although it was necessary. I had scheduled a purchase of four tires to be installed, alignment, balancing, the works. The price was very good, the need was great and the scheduling worked as well. With this time of Covid we have been distancing ourselves more than normal, I however was impressed with the social distancing and the sanitizing in the office lobby and waiting area at AAA South Toledo. As we were waiting for our tire installation, our service/sales technician Mark came up to me, which is never a good sign. Long story, short, the vehicle needed rear pads and rotors. I am a novice when it comes to autos and since my husband's stroke I am at a loss about anything auto related. I actually asked Mark if he could speak with my son who happens to live out of state since I trust his judgement. Mark was nice enough to speak with him and we ended up getting the brakes and the tires and I am perfectly pleased. I definitely will be recommending and going back to AAA and my compliments to Mark for taking the time to be helpful. An added perk is that since I am an AAA Member there was also another discount. My adventure on Black Friday in 2020.
