The teller got ghetto with me, for simply asking why they couldn't cash my check. I then proceeded to inform her that if she couldn't tell me why, then I would like to close my accounts there. She rolled her eyes and tells me to go sit and wait for "Danielle", the manager. So I walk over to a large female manager named "Danielle", who refuses to close my account. She said they would just reopen when an automatic charge hit the card. So I told her not if I lock my cards, then she says, fine...come in Monday and we will close it.
