So when I went in to talk to a banker since the online customer service line was down. They blamed everyone but themselves. I called Marianna Wells Fargo, my old branch and they fixed everything in 10 minutes. Everyone there was super helpful and helped explained what occurred. The whole branch always helps as much as they can. Best service I've ever received.

I would NEVER recommended this bank to anyone. They constantly place random overdraft fees onto my…read moreaccount. I started monitoring more closely, and finally got documentation showing the fees were not valid. HOWEVER, they advised they are unable to reverse all of them because they are limited to only ONE a month refund. So, practically they steal money and when you get proof they say they can not refund it because their system only allows one refund a month. Easy way to steal, especially for people that don't monitor their account very very closely.
