He not only performed the requested hydro jetting service to clean the pipe, but also identified the root cause of the clog (there is a "belly section"), and helped me pinpoint the section of the pipe. While he's cleaning up, he identified a sink issue which has nothing to do with the original pipe problem, he took care of that.
