I'll begin with the lack of communication. A week prior we added more chairs and tables to our original request. When the delivery was made we did not receive those extra tables and chairs. At no time were we told that we would need to pay at delivery until they delivered and then called me asking for payment. Mind you, they delivered on a Friday during working hours so there wasn't anyone to pay them. At that point they threatened to take everything back. Finally, they backed into my mailbox while delivering (I have video surveillance and neighbors who saw it and called me). I brought it to their attention and they claimed they would pay for it and fix it themselves. It's been 2 months and after number plus calls to the company we have yet to see a check for the damage. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more organized company!!!!

FORTUNATELY, Kerry the shop-keeper, as well as the responsive driver, Dwayne, have picked up the phone every time I've called them. This company's excellent and courteous communication has moved me in believing they can do better next time. Covid's still a universal health threat right now and many have it quite rough. I almost gave them a 2 star rating since I really have experienced better outcomes from floral services before, but considering an effort was made to deliver what I ordered on time and especially considering how responsive this company has been to my complaints not to mention the generous credit extended to me for repeat business, I feel they deserve 4 stars.
