I emailed the company a week before the event and so glad that I did because I had booked the wrong date by mistake. The owner caught it and straightened my mistake out with ease. Confusion avoided! It was inconvenient for me and it was outside the contract I signed, but I adjusted my schedule to make it work. I was not given a specific pick up time. I was told it would be "some time after noon". The day of pickup, without notice, I received a text message at 3pm they were at my house. Within 15 minutes replied, yes, please stop by and pick them up. They did not. They came back 2 hours later and when I did not answer my phone they called the cops on me and accused me of stealing her property! The lack of coordination and professionalism in this company compels me to not recommend anyone use this company. Oh also, I wasn't going to mention anything to her, but I was charged an extra $25 for sandbags that were never used?

An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.
