They are some of the kindest, most fun people, and at our wedding every single guest who interacted with them absolutely loved them. Throughout the entire planning process, they were consistently kind, responsive, and so easy to work with, which made everything that much smoother. The buggy they bring is the cutest thing ever and added such a unique, charming touch to our wedding. We especially loved it since it's from Italy--where we got engaged--which made it feel even more special and meaningful. They also truly went above and beyond--bringing me drinks to the bridal suite before the ceremony and making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the day. Throughout their time at our venue, they were constantly moving through the crowd, meeting family members, members of the wedding party, and guests with drinks in hand, which everyone genuinely appreciated and loved. And the drinks--truly to die for!! We had her specialty lavender drink, a strawberry basil drink, and a blood orange mule, and they were all incredible. I'm already trying to come up with another excuse to throw a party just so I can hire them again--they are THAT good! Everything about Bee-Ella Fizz is perfection, and we cannot recommend having them at your wedding or event enough.

The mobile cart was perfect for welcome drinks and I kept going back for that spicy tequila watermelon aqua fresca (she even infused the tequila with jalapeno). They even brought out a new mobile drink box in conjunction with their cart which was perfect for an area that couldn't accomadate a lot of space. It was inconvenient for me and it was outside the contract I signed, but I adjusted my schedule to make it work. I was not given a specific pick up time. I was told it would be "some time after noon". The day of pickup, without notice, I received a text message at 3pm they were at my house. Within 15 minutes replied, yes, please stop by and pick them up. They did not. They came back 2 hours later and when I did not answer my phone they called the cops on me and accused me of stealing her property! The lack of coordination and professionalism in this company compels me to not recommend anyone use this company. Oh also, I wasn't going to mention anything to her, but I was charged an extra $25 for sandbags that were never used?

We had to scramble on the day of the event to borrow chairs from friends. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections.

On the day of rental, 9 bicycles and 2 tricycles were delivered because they didnt have enough tricycles. Not a single one was fully functional and half of them were broken and then repaired in dangerous ways. Out of these: - One bicycles pedal came off within an hour and was unfixable. had to walk back a mile. - One bicycles front fork was "repaired" but they welded it into place BACKWARDS causing it to violently change directions over bumps or when turning. It took several people eating asphalt before we realized it wasnt us. - Four bicycles tires would only stay inflated for a couple hours at a time - One tricycle frame was twisted into a permanent slight right turn and turning to the left would make the entire thing tip over and try to throw you off to the right. which it did. - The other tricycles basket was broken and unusable - Two chains were so rusted and deformed that they would constantly derail mid ride - Not a single bike had functional gears. the good ones had one functional high gear and one functional low gear. The rest were either permanently too hard to pedal or too easy. Everything has signs of shoddy repairs. Dont trust these people their bikes will get you hurt.
