Pros: Professional and clean service. Reasonable price. Cons: I was told that the rug would dry in 1-2 hours, but it took more than 24 hours to dry completely. If I had used the rug before 24 hours, its moist would have damaged the wooden coffee table and would have absorbed all the dirt and dust from feet and slippers because of its moist. read more
