Everything was dry by the next day, however it probably took closer to 12-14 hours to get there, even with a fan blasting the furniture. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend this company and I expect to use them again in the future.

My partner and I felt good about our research and choice of NextGen, and the wire rack piled to the top with comforters, mattress pads and other bedding only furthered our confidence. Sadly, once we removed the bed from the bag, I felt confused that perhaps the wrong item had been picked up. It looked nearly identical to when we'd first brought it to NextGen, but with quite a few more strands of (different lengths) of hair stuck to it throughout. Secondly, almost every quilted square of the bed had faux filling bunched up in a variety of balls--I had originally purchased the square patterned bed to avoid this problem once cleaned. :( I wanted to bring my item back immediately, however, my health at the time did not allow it. I gave two stars for the kind atmosphere. P.s. I am attaching a very faded receipt, with the word, "wait" written at the top, because I felt it so important to write a review. Especially if it helps future costly mishaps occur.

Our business obtained a group on to have Elite Carpet Care come and clean out very small one story office via group on. We got the group on coupon and NO WHERE does it says not for commerical use. When the person from Elite got here the person tried to hussle us saying that it would be $150.00 more to do our carpet. The amount of carpet we have in our office is maybe 350 square feet. We sent them away and I personally called the manager and he was not willing to work with us and wanted to charge us a higher rate also. Going some where else. Here is their "Fine Print" on terms... you be the judge. Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. Miguel was the person who was in touch with me from start to the end and also the one who came for the actual cleaning of our carpet. We had a big stain of wet dirt that was drying over the last few days and so wanted to urgently get it cleaned from the carpet. Miguel was prompt in his messages and we were able to get him to help us out on the very next day at 7.30am PT ! He and his colleague came together at sharp 7.30am PT and were thoroughly professional in their communication and cleaning efforts. The full cleaning of 2 of our standard rooms took ~35mins after which the dirt spot was non-existent and the entire house carpets were as good as new! He was also kind enough to himself tell us how long to wait for the carpet to dry as well as what precautions we should take! Elite did an excellent job. They were on time, gave great advice on best options to proceed when they arrived. (I had questions). My carpet was in a very bad state and they brought it back to life. Really impressive before and after!! And the results last. I have used other companies where it looks great initially but after a few days the old stains come back through. Not this time. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. After this experience I asked if they would be able to come and clean the area rugs at my small business. The are great and reasonably priced as well. Their Groupon offer tells you everything you get for the initial purchase and what things you can expect to pay extra for. It is all upfront information and very clear which is nice to know what to expect if you want to add additional services (which I did) when they arrived - for example I added stairs and deep cleaning. I have been using Elite Carpet Care for 3 years, scheduling a regular service every 6 months or so to keep stains away. I pay $60 for cleaning three bedrooms and an area rug. I think it's a fair price, and Miguel (the owner) always honors it. When the service is scheduled, they give a 2-hour window about the time of arrival, and usually the truck arrives within that window. The cleaning itself is super fast, in and out within 25 minutes. I always move small objects/furniture away myself before the service to make it easier for them to clean. The results are quite amazing. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning service Elite Carpet Care provides, and will continue using them in the years to come. read more

I was a first time customer and I was happy about the price the guys gave me to cleaned my living room carpet and two other extra rooms in the house. They are very polite and professional. Elite Carpet Care came out today and performed a miracle! Our carpet is 4 years old - we've never had it cleaned. We had areas that just looked horrible. Ugly stains, foot traffic etc. And yet they got it ALL cleaned! They were in and out in around 70 minutes. Very polite and very knowledgeable and VERY good at what they do! We were thinking of new carpets for next year but after today? We'll just have these guys come out maybe twice a year. Super reasonable prices! I found elite catpet care through groupon, after reading the fine print of the groupon i knew what to expect. they came yesterday and clean my carpet and they did an amazing job. With 2 kids and 2 little dogs I knew my carpet needed a good deep cleaning. After taking a look at my carpet and the fact that it has been about a year since the last cleaning, they recommended a deep cleaning. I highly recommend calling these guys. I had a few stains on my sofa, I honestly thought it would never look like the way it does right now. Almost looks as new.
