When I called in I was professionally greeted and ordering service was simple and straightforward. I ordered the "White Glove" service which included unboxing, assembly and disposal of box. Max and Billy went right to work putting my media center together and the whole process of delivery, assembly, placement and removal of boxes were all done in 30 minutes.
