Pure Moving Company made our recent move as smooth and stress‑free as I could have hoped for. We were moving out of a single-story SFH in San Francisco into a multi-level townhouse with a mix of elevators and stairs, and Fito and Stas handled every step like true professionals while keeping a smile on their faces the entire time. From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. Great moving company in the SoCal region. I have used their services twice now. The crews you get and who is in charge can make a big difference. The first set of crews I had were very efficient and fast paced with their movements. Less than 4hrs to move everything in and out of my old place. The people who came to assist me the second time recently wasn't the best. They didn't show up on time, and after being late, they didn't start working until some 10 minutes afterwards. This was even though I had 1/4 of the items I had during this particular move. As in I had 3/4 less stuff this time. It still somehow took them extra 4hrs to get it done as in started at 0930 and left close to 1800. I frankly didn't anticipate taking THAT long to move so little items and rather surprised by how slow the process was. Some of my furniture got dinged and the amount of cigarette breaks and other slowness of moving items particularly at the second location was interesting. I still would prefer to have Pure Moving Company to help with relocation related matters. The workers are still very friendly and professional. They are more than happy to accommodate to any needs as it arises. I appreciated both crews from the 1st and the 2nd time being very careful with my belongings and friendly to my dogs. read more

Anton, Herman and Viktor were given the biggest, most annoying job anybody could have asked for. Not only did they have to park on a narrow street, they had to pack up somebody else's stuff and send it over to a storage. They were incredibly organized, efficient, and moved SO quickly. They were great and wrapped everything up to protect surfaces, which I really appreciated because the last time I used a POD and my TV broke from improper wrapping. I hired Pure Moving Company based on their excellent reviews and had high expectations. Unfortunately, while the move was completed, the experience itself was disappointing based on overall attitude and lack of professionalism of the crew. I made the mistake of not realizing that while the company may be reputable, your experience is largely based on the crew assigned to you. The team i was sent weren't physically the strongest and showed up smelling of smoke--but what was the most disappointing was their attitude. While the lead guy was friendly enough (until the end when he didn't get the tip he expected), the other 2 acted uninterested, disengaged, annoyed and overwhelmed the whole time. Additionally: they took a 20 min break but claimed 15, and at one point, I found the lead chatting on the street with a woman which paused work for at least 5 minutes which was extremely frustrating. The team overall didn't seem confident or trustworthy, and rather than lessening my stress and feeling taken care of, I felt more burdened. It felt like they were just going through the motions rather than being in ownership of completing the job to the best of their ability and integrity. Care and organization were also lacking. Boxes labeled for specific rooms were dumped into one area instead of placed accordingly. A very expensive mirror was moved without any wrapping or protection, and clothing that had been carefully organized was placed haphazardly into wardrobe boxes. I understand moving is hard work, but the lack of professionalism, care, and overall positivity did not match the five-star reputation this company has. read more

Hired one moving company a year ago move in to an apartment, then Pure Moving Company to move out. Pure was BY FAR the better moving company. The other company was probably a little cheaper but I was left feeling ripped off. The difference in cost for an in-town move was less than 100 bucks, but both movers Gleb and Dimitri were very diligent about protecting our belongings from damage and trying not to scratch the walls and doors. I scheduled pure moving company for a friend of mine. There was a mixup with the address. There was also an issue with a fridge, not being able to get in to the new condo. All the issues were not their fault they were incredible. Absolutely the best. I cannot say enough about them. They have great employees. They have great ownership. Their prices are fair. They really honest people. It is scary because you're charged by the hour you have a number of Movers it's stressful and so many things can happen and then you have to sign a contract and you have to pay my credit card or cash, but I can tell you not to worry with this company because they are honest and caring. They could've charged us at least $600 more but they didn't because they're honest people 100% recommend you use them. I normally would tell you to compare providers and choose who you feel most comfortable with, but not this time. Not this time this time I will tell you do not use any other movers but Pure moving company they are that good I 100% recommend them because of their honesty and they did the right thing and helped my friend who is a single mom who doesn't speak good English without her asking for anything. I have moved over 30 times in my career and I can honestly say no experience. No company has been as good as this company even when one of my moves with an open blank check. If you're contemplating using a moving company, don't use any moving company other than pure moving company. While I appreciated them moving fast and getting additional movers to move even faster, they were not careful. It was also apparent that none of the movers had been briefed about our moving situation despite providing details and pictures for what needed moving. I selected the box on the go option as we had some things we needed help with. Over the course of the next few days we discovered deep scratches when they should have used blankets to cover some items. Boxes that were marked FRAGILE and are small boxes so they were not overloaded, still managed to get destroyed, resulting in some fragiles breaking even with all the padding and bubble wraps! Wardrobe bags were also stepped all over with shoe prints! I had used another moving company prior to this recent move with the same options and they were much more careful and even blanket wrapped what needed protection and securely plastic wrapped them more. We couldn't have asked for a better moving company experience! They were communicative the days leading up to the move sending text reminders and calling for any additional info they needed. Gleb and Dmitri showed up on time, they texted 45 min before arriving and called to ask us where would be appropriate to park when they pulled into the apartment parking lot. They took great care to pack up all of our furniture and boxes and were very efficient. Our fridge didn't fit out of the door and they were quick to solve the problem by taking off the apartment door, carefully setting it aside and putting it back on with no damage. This is our second experience with a professional moving company and they blew the other company out of the water with their care of our items and use of their time. Gleb and Dmitri were friendly, helpful and hardworking. They didn't waste a minute, complain or try to take advantage in any way. They carefully loaded our stuff into our storage unit ensuring that it all fit nicely and went over the paperwork at the end. They charged 3.75 hours based on actual time instead of insisting on rounding up to the four, and there were no surprise charges. I highly recommend! read more

We hired Pure Moving to move us home after we were relocated for 6 months after a water intrusion incident in our condo. Who knew you could accumulate so much stuff in 6 months! But Alex and Andrew were fantastic. They boxed all of it up in a few hours. Conscientiously and carefully. And they were incredibly sweet with our terrified cats!
