Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Samuel was awesome from the get-go--super responsive and patient, explaining everything about the process, from quotes to what to expect. He answered all my random questions without making me feel like a bother. We handled all the paperwork through email, which was so easy, and the day before the move (5/16), they emailed to confirm everything is still intact. Talk about organized! On the moving day, Berik, Kant, and Aibek showed up right on time, and man, these guys were incredible! They were so professional but also just genuinely nice. They moved fast but were crazy careful with our stuff. When a couple of unexpected hiccups popped up, they didn't miss a beat--used their know-how to figure out smart solutions that saved us time and cash. Honestly, their work ethic blew me away; they're the kind of people who do the right thing even when nobody's looking. Not a single scratch on our furniture or walls, which is basically a miracle! When we got to the new place, they unloaded everything with purpose, following our instructions to a T so stuff ended up exactly where we wanted. It was brutally hot that day, and I swear these guys didn't even pause for a break--I'm not even sure they ate lunch! I would not recommend this moving company. During my move on January 9, 2026, their crew damaged my property, including a television and a Simplehuman stainless steel trash can. The movers disassembled and packed my electronics themselves, yet the TV arrived broken. The trash can was not wrapped at all and was badly dented. I reported the damage immediately and was told it would be addressed. Since I ended up needing a second move, we agreed that the company would provide a discount to account for the damaged items from the first move. Despite that agreement, the second move was poorly handled. The start time for the second move was repeatedly delayed from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, making it impossible to complete the move within legal quiet hours. As a result, the move had to be postponed by two days, forcing me to pay rent for two places at the same time. There was no apology and no accountability. And I ended up hiring a different company. To make matters worse, the company never followed up or resolved the damage claim. Instead, employees contacted me directly in an unprofessional manner, discussing personal financial concerns rather than handling the situation properly through management. Overall, this company showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no follow through when issues arose. If you value your belongings and your time, I would strongly recommend choosing another mover. read more

Mixed experience with Dragon Moving. On the positive side, the team was timely, friendly, and worked efficiently -- they made good time and handled most of the move smoothly. Unfortunately, during the process, they dropped a nightstand down the stairs, which broke the furniture and caused visible damage to the wood floor. When I asked about insurance, I was told their coverage only applies to the furniture, not the property itself. I tried to pursue a general liability claim, but the response kept circling back to a small discount on the service as resolution. While I appreciated the professionalism of the movers themselves, the way the damage was handled left a lot to be desired. It wasn't worth escalating further, but I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them for moves involving valuable furniture or finishes. read more

Absolutely brilliant job from Dragon Moving / USC Movers. Marat and Dos were extremely professional and pleasant. Both demonstrated care and patience but not at the expense of efficiency. Our two bedroom apartment was loaded on the truck in under an hour (including furniture). Upon arriving at our new home unloading the truck was just quick. What really put them in the above and beyond category was their on the spot help with some repairs. Through no fault of theirs one of my desks started to come apart while moving into the new place. When Marat and Dos saw this they took some extra time and were able to reaffix the loose desk pieces better than they were. Their cost was very reasonable, and communications with the manager Sam to discuss move dates and answering questions was very prompt. I felt super comfortable with the team he had. I had a lot of boxes already packed before they got there but they helped me get all the last finishing items packed and ready to go.
