This isn't an appropriate response. No where in my review did I express dissatisfaction, lack of awareness, or disagreement with the 3 hour minimum. My issue was with the Amir's desire to leave the job prior to completing 3 hours of work. The crew did stay to complete the 3 hours, but only after I insisted that it was not acceptable to leave sooner while still requiring full payment. Unfortunately, after unpacking and going through everything I noticed a box was missing. I was assured all boxes were off the truck and was the retroactively blamed for not checking the truck which isn't something I should need to do. After I called to ask about my box I was told they mistakenly left it, which hey ok that happens, I had more unpacking to do so I could wait for it the next day which I was told when they'd be by to drop it off. Long story short it took a full week to get my box messengered over to me by a shady messengering company and the box reeked of cigarettes. Such a shame the two that had helped me were nice and helpful but they dropped the ball big time on the missing box and went days without returning my calls regarding the box's arrival. My communications were with the mover directly and I was surprised that no one at the company reached out to offer their apologies or any refund for the week long move. read more

I booked 3 movers for our date and was comforted when I received a formal confirmation letter. They arrived on time the day of the move, ready and willing to perform the task. These guys work hard and hustle every second they're on the clock. They literally filled the truck, I guess we have more stuff than previously imagined. It was an okay experience. I was very overwhelmed when the owner asked for payment every few hours. I paid 3x that day. That was the main focus while I was already overwhelmed with the move. I was promised 10hrs and even hired extra person to have 4movers for a quicker move. It took 14hrs. I still had to go back twice myself to finish moving. It was a very expensive move. I would have hired them for 8 and hire someone else after. I've never had this experience after moving 7times. The guys worked hard but not enough wrapping for a 3bedroom home.
