I tried to leave no stars but had to at least put one. If you want work done to your yard...this is NOT the company to call. Yes, at first they did a great job. However when I contacted them about when they were going to come out again for regular maintenance, and that the trees planted were dying...all I hot were crickets. Finally got contacted and was told they were going to replace the trees...2 weeks later they came out and ripped the trees out and said they would come out in another 2 weeks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Long story short, every time I contacted them I got no response.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tried to pursue them legally and was ghosted. I paid them to replace trees and bushes, and a month's regular maintenance...and now left with nothing. All I can say is lesson learned and know what goes around will be back around. read more

Jose and his team were quick and efficient at cleaning up my yard. Trimmed back trees and flower bushes, blew out all the rocks and behind/under all my furniture. I went into the estimate with an open mind. I had already had three other quotes for a full yard clean up on a house we had just moved into. We also wanted monthly maintenance to begin after the initial clean up. The previous three quotes from competitors had been between 450-500$ with only one of those companies saying they could then do the weekly maintenance as well @ 220$ a month. All in one landscaping came out and quoted 600$ for full yard cleanup because it needed work and "if I charge more for full cleanup and take my time, then monthly maintenance becomes easier." Then I was quoted 100$ a month to come twice a month. I thought this is great, pay more up front and then have great rate for monthly service. We opted for this company. After the initial cleanup on Wed, July 6th 2 weeks passed and the Wednesday, July 20th (day I was told would be the service) I message company at 320p and wife messaged 620p asking if they were still planning to come. Response comes in at 720p that night apologizing and saying they will be there tomorrow. They came the next day, Thursday July 21st. Payment was then asked for on that Saturday July, 23rd. We were out town during next service date, Aug. 3rd. Company messages us next day, Thursday 4th saying there was a mixup asking if we wanted service done tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 5th. We opted to say wait til next week, Wednesday, Aug. 10th since we are out of town and are told "okay, be there next Wednesday." Wednesday, the 10th, we message at 1101a and 645p with no response until 832p apologizing for another missed service with no communication. Say they will make it up to us and come out on Friday or Saturday and give us half off service. Again no show Friday or Saturday and messages us Saturday night @ 602p apologizing and saying they could do it Monday. At this point we chose to say we no longer needed their service. The work they did for full cleanup and the one service we got was actually really good. But I felt we got ripped off being told that they charge more up front for full cleanup to reduce monthly maintenance only to really never have monthly maintenance performed. In a time where everyone always has their phone with them and communication is fast and easy there is no reason for customers to be overlooked unless they weren't viewed as customers to begin with. read more

Jose was super responsive and did a lot of work on our yard for a really fair price. He threw in a year warranty for the grass too. Him and his guys removed 2 trees in our backyard, cleaned up everything, and aerated, seeded put sod in some spots to get ready for spring. I really try not to leave negative reviews, but the situation with Jose the owner, I feel compelled to warn others. Up until recently, the work Jose did for me was exceptional. I even gave an extra $500 for a job he quoted me for only $1000. That is probably where I made my mistake. When he had his brother take over my service, it's been a total nightmare! 1. I have been waiting 3 weeks to be refunded $60 for services NEVER given. 2. Despite never doing it previously, his brother decided to turn the water source to my irrigation system back on, and didn't tell me about. There's a major leak somewhere I can't find and it has been off for 5 years. Thank goodness I signed up for leak alerts or I would have never known. I have severely damaged bushes from improper trimming techniques that I am spending a fortune on right now to save so my HOA doesn't force my to replace for unsightliness. I won't even go into the theft I experienced. My recommendation, you should find a different landscaper. Do not hire.​ read more

Overall, Jose has been a great businessman to work with during the past 19 months that he has provided gardening services for us. He is more than willing to take on additional tasks, replace dead plants, clean up the debris left by our magnolia trees, fix broken sprinklers, etc. I have appreciated his willingness to reschedule a day, if necessary, even on short notice.
