First what I liked is that you can get a price quote by adding things online to a cart to estimate what the total would be for the rental. The catalog has a lot of great items. For a bridal shower I rented 5 long tables, 3 umbrellas and bases, 50 nice white chairs (that came covered) and 5 white linen tablecloths. Everything was delivered the day before the party (Fri) by 3 very nice guys and picked up the following business day (Mon). I worked with Nayma via email and she was wonderful! She had a quick response time and was helpful with sending the contract and payment form. I ended up calling and giving my payment over the phone 2 days before the party. Went with a friend to pick up the chairs she paid for in advance and was given a time 2pm and when we arrived no one was there. We waited about an hour and tried calling. We both left voice messages and have yet to hear back from them. While we were waiting another customer was trying to get her rentals as well. When I first spoke with Nayma regarding the event I was having, she was extremely helpful and offered suggestions when I needed help deciding on what lounge furniture to rent. At first, she was always quick to respond to my emails and voicemails. When planning a party around a timeline, it is always beneficial to know the delivery time a few days ahead of schedule. A company needs to deliver within your timeline, so you can adequately prepare for a party. I wasn't told the delivery time until the evening before the delivery (even with several emails and phone calls trying to pin them down for a time frame). The day of the delivery I received an email that they were running two hours behind. I am thankful that I paid attention to the reviews and scheduled my delivery the day before my event. I was under the impression that I was receiving a white tent with the fabric drapery. What I ended up with was an easy-up type looking frame with no top. The entire canopy was draped with fabric material and was poorly put together. You could see the zip ties and safety pins they used to hold everything together and not all of the metal frame was covered with the fabric. I understand it needs to be held together by something, but I would have appreciated those items being hidden so guests were not able to see them. My miscommunication with Nayma regarding the size of the tent was also an issue the day of my delivery. I was under the impression that I had ordered a 15 x 15 tent, but unfortunately my invoice stated 10 x 10. The host was not happy with the size of the easy-up / tent and when I realized the mistake, I contacted Nayma on their emergency line (the office was closed by this time because of the late delivery) and was not able to get through. The men delivering the items we rented had to contact her and ask her to call us. My conversation with her was anything but pleasant. I requested they take back the 10 x 10 and replace it with the 15 x 15 and I would pay an extra delivery charge because it was my mistake for not reviewing the contract as closely as I should have. She informed me there were no 15 x 15's left and I could either keep this one or have them take it down and I would still pay for it. I asked her if I could call her back because I needed to speak with the party host. There was no response...just a "clicking" sound. She had hung up on me. I can tolerate mistakes, I can tolerate someone who has an attitude towards their customers during a conversation...but I DO NOT stand for someone being rude and ending a conversation without saying, "goodbye." I proceeded to contact the party host, but because she was on a plane...we were only able to communicate via text message. During this time, she called her crew to remove the easy-up / tent. I was mortified that she took it upon herself to decide for me that the tent was going back to the warehouse. She HAD NOT received a call from requesting the items go back. In fact, she never took any of my three calls after she hung up on me. I sent her a text message questioning her why she chose to handle the situation the way she did. I received no response. On top of all the this...the furniture was not what I expected. The wood furniture was poorly made and was very worn. Half of the cushions came unwrapped, several of the cushions were stained and I received half satin pillows and half non satin pillows. Upon pickup the day after the event, the delivery people picking up the furniture were adamant that we rented brown linens. They had to call into the their office to confirm this. Not only did our invoice not list any linens, but brown was not even the color theme of the party. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I hope I can save someone else the hassle of having to deal with them. If you do decide to use them, make sure you have your rentals delivered a full business day prior to your event so you not only make sure you have the correct items, but to also inspect the items they deliver. read more

OK, I wanted to at least give 2 stars, because they were able to provide service on really short notice! (my other vendor cancelled 4 days prior to the event!) BUT! On the day of my party we were missing a LOT of items. Important items. Things like ALL of the napkins! And our drink dispensers! Eeek.... The items we DID recieve were in less than great condition (dirty chairs, scratched up tables, spotty tablecloths etc.) and some of the flatware actually still had old food caked on to it. Gross. Do not rent from here! I threw a party in April, and there were so many things wrong with the furniture rentals. If you rent the almalfi lounge furniture, beware that the wood is very run down. Also, the white cushions that came with it had yellow stains on them. For two of the tables, I was given the incorrect size tablecloth. Overall, the items all looked very used. I was told that I'd get a refund for the items that weren't usable, but I had to call and email multiple times in order to finally get a small refund. There should have been more consideration there though since the missing pieces that I couldn't use really messed with my vision of the party. If they had made more of an effort to remedy this situation, then I wouldn't be writing this review. I gave them a fair chance trying to reach them with calls and emails. Basically if you rent from them, expect very worn items and if something is incorrect, don't expect them to lift a finger to try to fix it. read more

Make sure to email them first! On Sunday I emailed them about a tent I need to rent. Since I was still waiting on a response I followed up with a phone call this morning. I spoke to a man than was very vague and didn't seem willing to help. After asking him about a tent I needed, he quickly said "we don't have that size" without asking me about any other details. Then a while after the phone call, I received a email stating that they do offer that size. So I called back to try to talk to management since I was told two different things. Once I called, a woman answered the phone. She seemed nice until I asked to speak to someone of management. She then stated that she was management and proceeded to talk to me in a rude tone of voice. Anyways, she seemed very informed about their products unlike the guy I first called. She asked me about sizing and the date of my event which the other guy did not ask. I ended up not getting the tent since it was unavailable. I used this company to rent linens and chairs for my wedding. I didn't have any issues with them until they called me a week after the wedding and said they were missing 15 napkins. I called my caterer and the site and they could not find them. It's my word against them and there really is no way of me proving this. They sent me a bill for $48. The caterer did a party a few weeks prior where 2 ovens were rented by Vini's and 1 was not working. Can you imagine having to cook food for a wedding and having 1 oven working? Glad it wasn't me although I didn't rent my ovens from them...mainly because the caterer discouraged me to. read more

If only no stars were an option! Do not use this company! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! We hired numerous items including two heat lamps for an event. On the day of the party before the festivities started, we tried to test the heat lamps. They would not work. Five different people tried to light them. We called Vini's immediately to let them know but there was no answer and no voice mail to leave a message. My husband called after the weekend to let them know the heaters didn't work. A lady said she would look into it and call us back. She never did. I followed up the following day (today) and spoke with the same woman. Instead of apologizing, she told us that we just didn't know what we were doing and that they worked fine. She was rude and aggressive and kept on talking over me. I handed the phone to my husband and she did the same to him. So we are basically getting charged $150 for 2 pieces of equipment that didn't work. I hope it's worth it to them because I will never use them again and I will make sure everyone I know never used them again either. Mean people suck. read more

I called this place to rent 3 cocktail tables for a food tasting. In the beginning the customer service was great...and then the day we were supposed to pick them up I called at 10 am to see what time they closed. They close at 2 pm on Saturdays. We arrived at 1 pm and the doors were locked. No one was there. I called both numbers without a call back. Worst customer service ever. Seriously. ..no call back, no call to say they were leaving? Beware!!!! I rented linens, lounge chairs, and lounge cube tables from this company for my black tie formal evening wedding. They are a small husband and wife operation. They seemed nice at first and helpful with color choices but then after the wedding, I was sent a $250 bill for two allegedly broken cube tables! The country club said nothing was broken when items were picked up by Vini's. The country club coordinator even took pictures of the lounge area after the guests had moved into the dining area for their sample albums and everything was in order and nothing broken. Email is the best form of communication (as with any business in 2015). We hired Vini's for our wedding and they provided several rental items: ceremony chairs, reception chairs, LED bar, glassware, etc. Everything was in great condition and I felt it was pretty good quality for the money we spent. On top of that, their Saturday delivery and pick-up rate wasn't incredibly overpriced. Something you don't often find with wedding rental providers these days. Nayma was superb in the months leading up to my wedding. I emailed a lot to revise my order and she always redrafted my contract for me right away. The problem was on the day of delivery. It was the day before my wedding and everyone involved was on a tight schedule. I asked months in advance for the delivery to be made first thing in the morning, so they gave me a 9am-11am window. The truck didn't get there and start unloading until 1pm. On top of that, the tables I had ordered had to be assembled on site, which I was never told. They took four hours to do everything, I assumed the job would take maybe an hour. I had to leave the house by 3pm to be ready for the rehearsal, and my brother had to miss it so we had someone staying there to watch over these guys. On top of that, he said they didn't unfold any of the chairs, but rather left them in bags in stacks. I was hugely disappointed with the fact that I, my groom and a few others had to return to where we were having the reception after the rehearsal dinner, simply to unfold all the chairs and oversee what the guys had left. All of it should have been done by 2pm if they had showed up on time. It all worked out in the end, but it was a totally preventable stress that was super frustrating, and it was a bummer that my brother had to miss the rehearsal. I'd say these guys are a good company if you aren't worried about a timeline, but if you are counting on them to show up when they say, go with someone else. read more
