Bad customer service. Quick to respond to emails, quick to close shop at 6pm and not respond to a conversation of emails leading up to 6pm. They didn't even arrive to their facility before 11am, they arrived exactly at 11am. That is an indicator that they only think about what's convenient for them, not what's best for the customer. I was told I could come and pick up table linens, which means they have table linens in shop. I was not told they need to place an order for table linens. They should highlight, underline, star, etc. that important detail and disclose that in their event quotes. When I went in to speak with them at 11am, the young lady was rude and said to leave. She was not accommodating at all. She said "so you blame me for your last minute order." I told her they were closed Tuesday, she should've disclosed payment in full was needed to place an order for linens. Two of my family members attempted to Zelle them payment. We called and emailed her saying they will Zelle payment and that it wasn't working. Again, for her not to respond to our calls or emails after 6pm, knowing that we attempted to Zelle them, knowing we needed linens for a graduation party, is an indicator that they're only looking out for what's convenient for them, not the customer. 1/2 star rating. read more

I rented a 20x15 tent with draping, 6 long tables, & 40 chairs for my daughter's baby shower, everything fit perfectly within the tent with room to spare for a gift opening area. Absolutely horrible customer service they canceled my order one week before the party only because of my previous review which you can see below. I was honest about the customer service that I was provided by an employee of theirs, who seemed irritated by the questions I was asking, and was looking annoyed about the fact that I was asking questions so the owner called me and canceled my order saying that that's why she's an owner because she has her own rules and basically she canceled my order. I was getting to write a huge review but decided not to. Just beware. Make sure you write everything down because they don't communicate with one another. Dirty tables and broken tables, dirty chairs. Rented tents that were suppose to be 12 feet wide. And are only 10.5. The guys that set it up said it's the same. They did give me a partial refund for the tent I didn't use. The men who set up the tent are good workers but the owners should definitely have better communication and it should not be up to me to let them know where the tents go, specially if the owners son came to measure how many tents I needed. In response to the message that was left ,you or someone else was very rude to me on Instagram, whomever sent me the message, wasn't professional at all and kept trying to tell me that you had a long day and wanted to send me back my deposit, when I didn't ask for it, they told me that they weren't going to go back and forth with me and good night, all I was doing was trying to get a better understanding and I couldn't understand why the person was so rude, then once I sent the balance, they apologized... Hired them 2 weeks ago and I was delivered the wrong jumper but they apologized and I was refunded the difference no problem there! Tried hiring them again and received a totally different experience. I could tell this was a different person from the first time because I could sense the attitude. Had to reach out several times to confirm where to send my deposit to, to eventually receive a response which is fine I understand it's the week before a holiday. Originally I was told a different price so I said "oh I was told this price." I wasn't even asked if I would like to proceed with the new price I was given someone else's number and told to contact them if I didn't want to pay the additional fees and then I received an email that my order was cancelled. I was confused because I never said I wouldn't pay the difference I just was stating the price difference but they made the decision themselves to just cancel my order. Then they stated we cancelled your order because we never received payment lol 2 days before my event. After I sent multiple messages asking where I should send my deposit to. I thought I had found a new rental location since the first time went great but I guess not. The upside is they gave me someone else's number for rentals so I used him instead :) read more

Worst place ever. Literally the owner does not care about her customers. Told her I'll share my experiences for others and she said she did not care. I called wanting chairs and tables for rent and she told me she'll call me back and she never did and tried to blame me and when I told her how unprofessional that was of her she said "well we get lots of calls I can't write down the numbers". i hired jaja fiesta for my daughters babyshower and i must say i will always hire them. the prices were reasonable they did not hide any extra rules to the contract and the part that made me love them more. i was running aroung with my teen daughter trying to prepare for her sister babyshower and i thought i could manage it all these women from jaja fiesta seen me running around they assisted with my tables and the arch and columns they made were perfect for my daughter babyshower. these women are amazing please i beg you if you can please book them. oh how dare i forget they were on time. they are fantastic. book them asap they are the best. there was no discrimination people seem to think that race matters they treated me no different as a black woman they were there to help and they were the best. read more

Super nice and were able to take in a last minute addition of bounce house in addition to our tent, tables, and chair rental. Delivery guys were also very nice and respectful. Stopppp don't book with this company. The owner is very rude and has horrible customer service. I booked some really nice chairs and a few tables. On Friday Feb 18th they delivered the items I decorated the entire party and decided to add the cushions to the chairs last. Ommmggg they were badly stained all of them had stains on both sides. I tried to rearrange chairs and hide the stains but it was impossible. The decoration were beautiful with stained chairs it was very disappointing. So Monday I called her and express the situation she began to tellong me I should've called her and she would've swapped them out. But how would I have done that my event had already started. She didn't offer me any type of discount on future events or a portion of my money back she wasn't concerned at all. So when I asked her what will she do for the inconvenience she said absolutely nothing smh horrible I spent over $200.00. This place rents defective equipment. I will NEVER rent from here again! I asked for a jumper to be delivered before noon, for a party starting at noon. They show up and set up a jumper with SEVERAL LARGE HOLES in it and try to hide them with tape. My daughter and I tested it out and we can't actually jump because all the air is seeping out. Call them back, and an hour later, the guy shows up with another jumper with mud caked on the outside and a gaping hole on the outside he can't even try to hide. The kids are still not jumping btw. So, he leaves and brings back another jumper (it's now 3 pm, kids are starting to leave). I tell them that this is unacceptable service, being that it is now 3 hrs late. After everything is said and done, the only kid that got to use the jumper, was my kid. Hours after her friend left. How unfair. I will not be using this place ever again. And the 'owner' was completely unprofessional when bringing up this matter with her. There are WAY too many jumper rental places here to deal with this and I will not. No one should. After deciding to make a small BBQ at home, I decided to rent a couple tables and chairs for my guest. I went to Ja-Ja fiesta for my needs. I asked for a couple tables and a dozen chairs. The young lady in the front told me it will be $100 with deposit and they only accepted cash. I ran to the ATM and returned with cash. At this point, I was helped by another employee who told me it was $75.00 for the same rental. Im not sure if she made a mistake or if they charge whatever they want..... I'm confused! The employee wrote me a recipe and I paid. When she was giving me my change back, she short changed me for $10.00. I told her I was short on change and she confusingly gave me the correct change. I was allowed to keep the tables and chairs for 24hrs. Upon returning the rentals, I was short changed on my deposit. I asked the young lady why? She told me I was given an extra $10.00 back when I rented the chairs and tables. I politely argued I was given back incorrect change. The young lady called the owner and I was able to get the correct deposit. To sum this review, this place is horrible with money and simple math. Cash only transactions makes this place inconvenient. I rather take my business to a professional party rental store. read more

I had an event and hired this party supply, and I will never go back for services. The table clothes were filthy dirty, stained, and dog/cat hairs all over the table clothes. I rented some tables and chairs for a party at the park. Ja Ja Fiesta delivered and picked them up right on time. The people in the store were friendly and helpful (the lady recommended I get more chairs than I needed because it was a better deal for me). The store is tiny and crammed with piñatas. I also went in for balloons the day of the party and they helped me fit them all in my car. The down side is parking, they have maybe 2 parking spaces in a very compact area. Overall I had a good experience and would use them again for party rentals. read more
