As parents we never worried about issues in attention, safety, hygiene, etc. And our daughter loved getting to see them, giving them big hugs every morning and often asking to see her teachers on the weekend. Isabel will spoil you with the meals she provides the kids. She is truly the only daycare that gives kids all their meals and snacks and they're actually REALLY healthy - probably healthier than how I fed my own child. We're first time parents, and they spend all day with our girl, so they've really helped with milestones, and have given great suggestions on a better feeding/nap schedule (different to what google has suggested). I love seeing the older kids run to Ms. Dolker and Ms. Kesang when they come pick up their younger siblings. They miss their previous teachers, and even spoke Tibetan!! There is no charge to leave your stroller for the day like a lot of other daycares in the neighborhood, but the space is a little tight. When our baby was unexpectedly hospitalized, we reached out to Holly for help after the nanny she placed had only been with us for about a week. Instead of supporting us, she consistently took the nanny's side and made an already terrifying situation worse. She then refused to honor the "30-day free replacement" in her own contract, hiding behind technicalities while we were under extreme emotional and physical stress. We didn't have the capacity to argue -- our baby was in the hospital -- and she took advantage of that. No thanks to her, we still managed to keep the nanny for a short while. But when the nanny later quit, we informed Holly immediately. She never responded. No follow-up. No help. Completely ghosted us.
