Sandy/Cindy (I didn't hear her name well) brought me into a room which had both the foot massage bed and the normal traditional massage bed. I was told to undress and sit in the foot massage chair. (This is a private room). I had a towel on top of me when she was doing the foot massage, was different for me because foot massages your clothes are on. I actually preferred it because she was able to massage my thighs well. The foot massage included a head massage and wow. Cindy did her thing. I'm a sucker for head massages and the face massage was great too. After she was done with the foot massage she moved to the table. All in all, the massage was amazing. I get massages regularly and usually go to Asian massage parlors. You never know if it's going to be a good therapist or bad one. If I lived closer, gosh, I would be here all the time lol. He then admitted he's issued "lots of gift certificates" that have expired and refuses to honor any of them. Even after the front desk employee confirmed she personally issued these certificates, the owner refused to honor them or make any exception. I'm deeply disappointed. This isn't just about poor customer service - this is a business owner openly admitting he doesn't care about federal consumer protection laws. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Warning to others: If you've purchased gift certificates from this business, they may refuse to honor them regardless of what the law requires. As soon as I did, one of the workers became upset and pointed at the tip chart, making it clear that he expected more. There was a language barrier, so I typed into Google Translate to explain that the reason I wasn't leaving a larger tip was because they had spent nearly the entire massage talking instead of allowing us to enjoy a quiet, relaxing experience.
