New owner, Kayla (spelling?), has it going on. I called in a panic for a same day delivery for my parents' 50th (I know, I'm the worst), and boy did she deliver. A note in cursive so they thought I'd written it (did not disillusion them of this fact), same day delivery, and totally gorgeous arrangement. Beautiful arrangements. Spectacular customer service. We contacted this florist with a 1 day notice needing a bridal bouquet, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us! Our budget was around $40, and no other florist would even consider doing one for under $75. We wanted something simple and rustic with light pink/white peonies (which aren't even in season so much more costly). Kayla went so far out of her way to make this happen for us even using an extra peony she had special ordered for a wedding. We were back and forth with them on the phone several times over the last 24 hours and experience nothing but superb customer service. I would highly recommend All Island Flowers to anyone! Talk about great customer service!!! One of my owners received flowers from their family who had no idea they would not be home for the weekend. I bumped into Angel and told her I could hold them in the office. I never get any flowers I laughed with her. Something told me to ask her if we can get another flower arrangement when the owner comes back. Angel called the owner and guess what?!? They took the arrangement back and told me to give them a call when they arrive. So I called week later and had the opportunity to briefly talk to the owner. I would give less than one star if I could. Called them about a month ago to have flowers for my wedding done. Was told by the owner to pay in full 2 weeks before the wedding date. Spent 4 days calling trying to get a invoice from her so I could pay. Got every excuse in the book about how busy she was doing things. Finally gave up on my full time job of trying to pay her money. Ordered a 100 dollar arrangement and was charged 250 dollars??! Three phone calls and they STILL haven't made it right.

If I could give 0 stars it would be more appropriate.  My order started off great, I called and asked a nice gentleman questions, then a few hours later I called back in to place the order. The nice lady I spoke with helped me, I specified when I placed the order that I wanted it delivered before lunch.  I was told that was not a problem especially since I placed the order 3 days early. I called to check in the status of the order after 12pm. I was then advised that the flower truck was running behind and they had 20 or more flower deliveries to take. I did not order flowers I ordered a salty snack basket with 5 orange balloons and 1 happy birthday balloon. When ordering I asked which one I should get I was advised the the premium was the one to get. So I did. And it does not look like a premium basket at all, more like a thrown together pile of a few snacks. The delay was blamed on Covid and being short handed, but if you had time to stand around to wait for flowers, a gift basket could have been delivered in your down time. I was immediately told when I called to ask about the delay that I could get a refund if I didn't want to wait rather than trying to make me happy as a customer and finesse the situation.  Over priced and not worth it at all. This was my first time ordering from here and it will be my last. read more

I was told I would recieve a designers choice bouquet worth 100.00. The flower arrangement I had delivered to my mother looked nothing like 100.00 worth of flowers. Even if it was designers choice. I trusted them to do their best and it's more greenery in the arrangement than anything else. Very dissatisfied. I do better ordering flowers off of Amazon. read more

Terrible terrible customer service. Sent my mum the wrong bouquet and didn't even tell me. She happened to snap a picture and text it to me. I informed them and gave them the option of sending the correct arrangement or refunding my money. So far they have lied twice and said they will deliver the correct one, but nothing. I called from out is state around closing time to order an arrangement to be delivered asap. Kayla was very sweet, personable & patient. She stayed on the phone with me until we decided on the perfect arrangement. She also sent me a pic before it was delivered & it was absolutely gorgeous! What she described was amazing, but seeing the pic far surpassed my expectations! To find out, Kayla actually delivered the arrangement herself. Talk about customer service! Top notch! The greatest experience from the first phone call up to the moment we picked up our flowers the day of our wedding. The worst florist I've ever had to deal with. I contacted All Island Flowers about my wedding flowers. I had 2 requests, the flowers be purple and no Calla Lillies; that's a pretty simple request from a bride. I get my proposal back and it was all Calla's. When I asked for it to be changed, Grey got all bent out of shape and refused to help. I was told they couldn t get ANY purple flowers and wouldn't be able to help me.
