He was booked and could squeeze me in within 48 hours but as soon as a cancellation came up, he called me back and came out the following day. He turned around the report really quick, gave me a bunch of pointers (especially important since I have never lived in or owned a house before) and said I could call him anytime. I want to give Steven 5 stars but can't because he was also conducting a Radon test and the house had a radon mitigation system. The test had clear instruction to be 2 feet from any wall and to keep the heat above 60. He placed the test a few inches from a wall and did not let me know about the heat and we were testing in January and the empty house was only set to 55 degrees. He brought me out a new test free of charge and said he didn't know that the temperature and spacing were necessary which is concerning. It was right on the instructions sheet and he does these tests all the time. I wonder how many people had tests done that were invalid. This wasted a few days having to redo the test and my time and brokers time having to drive to and from the house to place a new test and then pick it back up to send off for testing. Overall though, Steven was very good.
