We looked in the flyer that the campground distributed, and called for service. We called @ 9 and by 1pm Zach was here. He quickly diagnosed the issue - and didn't promise that a trick we could try would work - but said give it 24 hours and then reach out if it doesn't. I could not get into a Winnebago dealer and I didn't have time to find an on-site mechanic in Charlotte. When I got back home Chris was my first call and he came right out to help me diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. We changed out the propane regulator and in less than one hour everything was perfect again! I love the fact that I can crawl under my rig with Chris and he'll answer questions and explain to me step-by-step what he's doing and why he's doing it so that I can understand my rig even better.
