Melody was very helpful and helped find a solution for a refrigerator in my father's camper that fit our budget. They went out of their way to try to fix his old machine and then when that proved impossible were able to find an inexpensive one to replace it with. They did the work of removing, retrofitting the space and replacing the unit in one day. So grateful I had them to help out when I could not be there. read more

This is the second year we have taken our camper in for its yearly service. (Wheel bearing repacked, and all the other inspections.). Because of the Florida sun the Dicor on the roof was also cracking and needed resealing. They got everything done in four days and would have done it faster but I told them I didn't need it that quickly . The bill was a lot lower than I expected. my trailer was taken there for repairs November 2022 and I just picked it up Jan 17 2024 and all the repairs we not completed. jack and the employees fed me lies about the repairs and the timeline for over a year. Who went beyond the call of duty to get us financed and ready to go . From day one to the very last day we were guided and educated on our new 2018 Wildwood . We felt he was sincerely genuine and personable. The whole staff From sales to service to office department were incredibly professional and knowledgeable and explained patiently on every step from financing to maintaining . They were very friendly and eager to answer any and all questions . Brenda the orientation host gave us a 1-1/2 complete orientation on every inch of our travel trailer and even let us video tape the orientation to look back on for future reference . The first time we took it out . We damage the electric host housing and Billy the service manger was very quick at getting it fixed for us the same day . This has to be one of the worst RV places I've been to. Scheduled an appointment to get warranty work done for my RV. I made the 45 minute drive out of may way to go to this place; big mistake. The reasons I would not go here: When arriving they have a very small lot and maneuvering around it is difficult. I owned a trucking company for many years and it was tight to get in and out. The service person if the opposite of friendly- she is unfriendly. So I get a surprise that they wanted $156 to diagnose the issue. I told her that it is warranty work and she proceeds to insult me saying that it may be operator error and it won't be covered. I was never told this when scheduling so I was on guard at this point. Then she wants my credit card number written on a piece of paper along with the ccv number. With the amount of identity theft and CC fraud I wouldn't write it on there. Needless to say I left without getting the work done. To Update: After leaving I received a call from the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and scheduled the appointment. He said that the girl working did not have knowledge of our conversation and she misspoke and inquired if I would return for them to complete the work. Just wish they would replace the two girls working in there and I maybe go back. read more

Chris and Juan are heroes! Chris came to fix our awning which wouldn't retract. He said he wouldn't leave until he had it back in even if he had to do it manually - which he ended up doing. But we wouldn't let him leave until we checked to see if the slide would retract. And of course it wouldn't. So this was more complicated than we thought. He called Juan for more assistance and together they found that one small 20 amp fuse in the control panel board needed to be reseated. And then everything worked! We're so impressed with their work ethic and dedication. When you feel helpless in an RV call Holiday! You will not be disappointed!! read more

After being sent here for my Jayco Warantee claim by Jayco and it taking 7 months to changeout 2 murphy bed tents and a fridge part, well what can I say this place has had a ton of turn over of employees, says alot especially when both owners are on site all the time. My issues with them were..... 1) time it took for repairs 2) during repair techs stepped on sofa with mud feet and did not even clean it off 3) my unit was left totally open that the amount of dust was layers thick and it was not wven swept 4) my propane tank vanished ( maybe an employee needed it over the hurricane) 5) my travel trailer 12v batter was switched with a car battery that was dead / damaged 6) the employee tuenovwr is the worst I have ever seen I had to give them 1 star to get a rating in, but they are not worth 1 star. read more

Even though I am a repeat customer, I've got to share my recent and unfortunate experiences. Sadly, Keys Disease is strong in this place. I had purchased both a travel trailer and a boat from Holiday in late 2017. Had service done, as well as a bottom paint, on the boat. Took a bit of nagging to get the latter done, though. Skip to just over three weeks ago. My boat broke down and I needed service. Spoke to the service manager who took my information, said he'd speak to the mechanic, and call me right back. A week later, no call. So I went there in person. Guy picks up a STACK of post-it notes, finds mine, and says ... huh, yea, let me check. Comes back and says yea, we can get it next Thursday. Which of course came and went without a peep. I can only assume those other post-its were in the same situation I found myself in. Now wait, there's more. At the time of that in-person interaction, I was in a bind. In just a couple of weeks, I would be leaving the country for several months. I wasn't optimistic that they could get my boat fixed and back to me in time. And I didn't want it to just sit in the water, so I spoke with the sales guys about consigning the boat. Gave them all the information. Figured they could clean it up, fix it up, and sell it for me while I was away. Guy said he'd call me back with the details. You can guess where that went. No where. Crickets. So now I'm leaving the country for four months. My boat is floating at the dock with a busted drive, it's not for sale, and is costing me $$ for dock space and insurance ... and Holiday RV is being Holiday RV. Sadly, I am not an unusual case. I know of several other boat owners, who over the years have tried to get service, bottom paint, etc ... only to run into a fatal case of Keys Disease at this business. Yes, I live in the Keys. I know how things work and at what speed. But when someone is on a tight timeline and trying hard to get even a little more speed out of you, it helps to listen. Not ignore your repeat customers until they nag you enough. So, assuming a hurricane doesn't kill my boat while I'm away, it will be fixed and sold through another company this fall. Because frankly I'm done with the lazy attitudes at Holiday RV. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOLIDAY RV!!! They are ill-equipped to fix the broken campers and RV's that they sell as 'new'. BE CAREFUL! Make sure you make sure that everything is working before you leave the property because once you purchase one of their 'new' camper/RV's and the money is exchanged, they will not help you fix what is broken inside. And they seem perfectly happy to sell products that do not work. Brought this NEW camper in to be fixed for the SECOND time - during the 4th of July weekend, when I came back to pick it up (never receiving a call or any indication of when it would be done) the bathroom in the camper had been used by someone who works there and the whole camper smelled. DO NOT USE HOLIDAY RV! I'm not the only one with stories from this place, many people in the area advise against buying anything from this place. Ever since it was sold and the original owner no longer works here it has gone downhill! My camper is still sitting in the yard, not working. read more

Beware! "All sales are final during COVID". Purchased a bathroom ceiling vent, over $100.00, found on Amazon for $40.00. Tried to return the vent, unopened within half hour after purchase and it was refused, stating all sales are final Due to COVID! I was shocked and disappointed with lack of customer service. Consumer beware! These people are crooks! They had my rig for a few days and did nothing! At the last minute there guy brushed two wires and the maintenance manager swore up and down the electrical problem was fixed! Upon connection to sure problem and $313 later I had the same problem as before. Irma the secretary was useless over the phone when I called them back. Bought a boat from these guys. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. Their customer service is impeccable. Melody made us feel at home and even tried to help us when our local bank branch was closed on Saturday. The owner, Jack, delivered the boat for us since we didn't have a trailer hitch yet. Not to mention he gave us a great price, months later, when we were looking around for some additional work to be done; bottom paint, vhf radio & antenna installation and anchor light on the t-top. We will definitely call them again if we need any work done or make a new purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new toy or need some service on your outdoor toys. Stopped at Holiday RV and Marine traveling home to Ohio from Key West. No brakes on my 5th wheel and was sure I couldn't get it fixed till I got to mainland. Stopped in at 12:30 and they immediately looked at it and did a quick diagnostic. Turned out it wasn't an easy fix, but the tech was very savvy and found two cut wires. Picked it up 3 hours later and heading home. These guys could not have been better. They really saved our trip. Kudos. read more

The department is great. We are traveling and having problems will our RV satellite. Directv had been out and said the problem was with the satellite. Holiday RV thoroughly tested our Winegard unit and took extra time working with me explaining the system. All for a very reasonable price. I am now prepared to deal with Directv again. read more

Great repair service today! We are on an 8 week extended trip. Our MH had a recall on the wipers. Julia worked with us and the dealer for 2 weeks to be sure the necessary parts would arrive while we were at John Pennekamp for 2 weeks. Went to fill up RV with propane at Holiday RV. Stupidly did not ask price but when I got bill it was $4.65 a gallon for propane that sells for $.50 a gal wholesale. This is outrageous pricing and I will never use them again. Watch out RVers. read more

Service writers, Steve and wife Jessica, are as friendly as they are competent and professional. Technicians Alex and Rick are factory trained and affected timely and accurate repairs. We live in Key Largo, we had a bad experience with them recently, they did repairs to our Norcold 4 door ref. when we picked it up after paying, we left on a trip to Vermont learning the ref. was not working at all, they declined any responsibility, we took the coach to Lazy Days RV in Seffner, FL, I have the invoice, they found wiring that was hooked up wrong, the work order says "ref. not working, 'checked and found 110vac heater elements was not hooked up correctly, hooked up correctly on power board and tested overnight, up box was down to 8 degrees, lower was down to 45" $129.00 for 1 hour labor and we were on our merry way, Lazy Days fixed it 7/2/2015, now, on 7/25/2015 it's still working fine. read more

FOR ALL YOUR BOATING NEEDS......LOL. I have served the public for 25 years as a Lt. firefighter/paramedic. So I know a little about integrity, honesty, and professionalism. None of what you find at this so called marine repair shop. I brought them my 25 foot proline with 225 mercury, while on my family vacation. 134$ for an evaluation to find the problem. 3 days later with nothing but run around about what the problem may be. We decided to take our boat home to Tampa where they have an authorized Mercury dealer. So we went to pick up our boat and the service manager said , well let me figure up your bill for 3 days work. I told him that all we need to pay is the 134 dollars evaluation fee since they clearly didn't know what they were doing. So he proceeded to bow up like a peacock and tell me to go sit in that chair over there like he was talking to his 5 year old kid. so he could run my debit card. Then actually told me you know that's wrong since we had the boat 3 days. Always keep your written estimate before unprofessional and rude people like this try to take advantage of you while on vacation. Im guessing that's why they sell and repair rvs also. We got home and Mercury diagnosed our boat with a bad stator in less than 30 minutes. Its sad that a shop like this can even be in business. I hope this review will help someone. There is a great Mercury repair shop in Key Largo. It just is not the Holiday rv and marine shop. LOL, read more

I just bought a boat from Holiday RV and Marine and I'm very satisfied with my experience. Rick was our salesman and was terrific. He was responsive and diligent in putting together a very fair deal for us which included getting us financing. The terms for the bank were better than I could secure on my own! Rick is a man of his word and came through on every promise made to us; he is a credit to salesman everywhere. When we picked up the boat we had a seatrial and I was assisted by one of their mechanics named Tom. He was affable and knowledgeable about the boat and all of its options. He spent considerable time with me to explain how everything worked and what to pay attention to as the boat ages. Upon leaving he helped me strap the boat to the trailer and generally went above and beyond what was required of him. I sincerely appreciated his hard work on my behalf. The closing was done by the co-owner Melody. It was quick and easy! Melody was personable and fast. Two qualities you like to see during a closing when you want to get home and put your new boat in the water! All things considered I would definitely ask for Rick and do business with Holiday RV and Marine again. read more
