I am going to do one long post to encompass all the work that this company has done in the last 6 months or so. I live in an old house, as I have most of my adult life. One of the most important things to have when you are a fan of old houses is competent service people who will, over time, get to know your house's personality and problems. I was fortunate to have All Klear recommended to me by my real estate agent Maria Penn, Realtor - Cantrell Real Estate. These people are fantastic because they understand the importance of that relationship. I have used them for some extensive plumbing work and am so thankful to have had Charles be the consistent thread through to the finish. I established a membership with them as I think it is valuable to have a service company that is vested in keeping your serviceable appliances at peek performance. They came out to check my furnace for the season as well as had an electrician come out to add some much needed outlets. I have a long list of things that need to be done to this house and am grateful I have a 'one stop' place to call for help along the way. Thank you to the entire team! All Klear responded promptly to help diagnose a leak that had flooded part of our basement. The issue was traced to a burst pipe connected to an outdoor spigot. The woman I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional, and she was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Allan, the technician, arrived on time and was both professional and friendly. He even took a moment to acknowledge our dogs, which helped minimize their barking. He listened carefully as I described the issue and took the time to inspect the area thoroughly. After identifying the problem, he clearly explained our repair options without applying any pressure. Allan completed the repair efficiently and made an effort to clean up afterward, including wiping up his footprints. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use All Klear again for future plumbing needs. Discovered water coming into basement due to hose left on during last freeze. Called another company and was told the tech would call right back. After 1 hour of not hearing from anyone I decided to check that company's history of reviews and was very disappointed. Also their weekend after hour charge was extremely high. I called that company back and cancelled our request then called All Klear Plumbing. I was told someone would call back and could probably be here within an hour or two. Eric called back right away and when I told him what had happened he explained as long as I did not turn on the outdoor faucet I would not have additional water coming in the house and since it was late we agreed that Sunday AM would be better due to visibility. Eric showed up promptly Sunday morning and did a great job fixing the broken connections. Both myself and my husband felt confident with Eric and should any other problems happen we will gladly call All Klear and request Eric if he is available. I have been a repeat customer of All Klear for years because of expertise and professionalism of their servicemen. We have had their plumbing expert Charles come many time to fix our home plumbing issues and their is nothing he can't repair, install or find a work around for. Yesterday we had Anthony and Tye come to service our HVAC system and they were incredible. They not only spent 5 hours (well past 5pm) cleaning and repairing our two A/c units, but went above and beyond to make sure each one of the the little aluminum spindly things in the air purifier vent mechanism looked spotless and brand new. I was amazed. They didn't rush thru the job and really wanted to make sure everything was working as if it were a brand new unit before they left after a very LONG day. Charles, from All Klear was working on my water heater. While here he noticed a leak in the AC above the water heater. He made me aware and I asked for an AC man. Charles called All Klear and they had Dane set up to come out on the SAME DAY. I was shocked. Such prompt attention is so rare in this day and age. Dane showed up right after Charles did his part, and I might say, a great job. Both were very professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. Both kept me aware of what was going on, what needed to be done and what the cost to me would be. I might say the price was very reasonable and job was done in a timely manner. Very professional and very nice from office to tech. My special needs son and his roommate are on social security and disability. ARC supervisor said their last two waterfalls were over 650.00. Called one company and was told the toilets and the main water line was broken. The line was under lots of wires and under the drive way. All said and done it would be 6500 00 and 1500.00 for specialized water excavator. Also was told the main line was apartment grade. I was actually told that same thing on my house. Had my annual plumbing inspection. Charles did a great job, tested water softener performance, drained sediment from water heater, changed whole house water filter and did a visual crawlspace inspection. I have a yearly subscription for this as well yearly electrical and HVAC inspections. All in all great services and a small price for peace of mind and reliable assistance when I need it. Also Eathan did my HVAC inspection and found a motor drawing too much amperage, found the motor was under warranty, procured replacement and installed it in proper fashion. read more
