The manager/owner was knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to review my orders, prevent duplicate testing between providers, and ensure the most affordable self-pay pricing. As someone who is notoriously a difficult blood draw, I was especially impressed that the technician successfully drew my blood on the first attempt--something that almost never happens. She told me to go there. THERE WAS NO ONE waiting. I was the only one there. They accept walk ins (without an appointment). She never offered to help me or treat me as a walk in.
