We have a…read morerelatively small room, 11'x18' so we had to special order a couple of pieces and when the pillows changed on the sectional we wanted between our in store visits, Tim found the original pillows we wanted before we left the store today. It took my wife and me a long time and several stores of comparison shopping before we realized that Levin was our best option. No high pressure sales tactics, they let us wander the store the night before our eventual purchase for several hours with a tape measure, with Tim available to answer questions whenever we needed him. Very knowledgeable about furniture quality, warranty, and financing. Looking forward to delivery day!

1-Star Review -- Think Twice Before Buying a Mattress from Levin Furniture…read more I strongly recommend that customers think twice before buying a mattress from Levin Furniture. My first mattress developed a dipping/sagging problem. I contacted Levin, they inspected it, and eventually replaced it. Unfortunately, the second mattress has developed the same dipping problem. When I contacted customer service again, I was told that I have to pay $54 just to have the mattress inspected. What is most frustrating is that Levin Furniture is essentially the middleman between the mattress manufacturer and the customer. Many customers may not realize this when they make their purchase. When something goes wrong, the customer can end up dealing with the manufacturer's warranty requirements and additional inspection costs. I am very disappointed after having the same problem with two mattresses. My advice: Before buying a mattress from Levin Furniture, ask exactly what happens if the mattress dips or sags, who is responsible for the problem, what the warranty requirements are, and whether you will have to pay inspection fees. The movers were professional and caused no damages to the furniture or the studio when they brought things in, definitely worth the price to add movers! Still getting great use out of the bed and dresser. The other day, I found a sleeper sofa that still looks pretty good (a little wear but no tear!). After looking up the sofa's original new price, the Bank was selling it for only a tenth of the price tag! The woman who helped us was very sweet and patient and allowed me to test out the mattresses on several before choosing. I have movers scheduled and am hoping/anticipating good service like last time. Again, still worth the $125 moving service!

The cashier asked another employee to come over to help - this other employee was stocking some items & would not come over. The line kept growing. After at least 10 minutes, the cashier asked this employee again to come over & help - the checkout line had about 6 customers waiting. Reluctantly, this employee finally came over to assist - she was not friendly or apologetic - she acted like we, the customers, were a nuisance. And that is what shopping at Ollie's is like.
