Mine was $189/month to increase to $296/month they said they could take it to $224 for 2 months. It's a game they are banking you won't move. They were advertising the same unit for $138/month when I moved to one where its locked in rate for 12 months.

They never sent me any notices and when I try to talk to them about it they just don't seem to care. They offer a cheap rate online and let some people jump units for a cheaper rate while gouging others. I do not feel this is fair, that in the midst of so much struggle this place wants to make people struggle more. I'm a single mom that works as a nurse to take care of others, meanwhile my health is taking a beaten and places like this treat people the way they do. It's very upsetting.
