If I could give ZERO stars I would! I am incredibly disappointed with UPS Store #2514. After my grandmother passed away, I was given a set of her antique pewter measures dating back to the mid-1800s. They were one of the very few family heirlooms I received, and because of their history, they are absolutely irreplaceable to me. My mother took them to UPS Store #2514 to ship to me. She told me the store was not busy, and James assured her he would carefully pack them in a 10×10×10 box and place a Fragile sticker on the package. The shipment was sent on July 27 along with a second package that I had packed myself. When both packages arrived on July 30, I immediately knew something was wrong. Instead of receiving the box my mother described, I received a large reused box with an Amazon shipping label and a "Cold-Shot" product label. Inside was a CST2 General Cold-Shot Pipe Freeze Kit--a product I have never seen before and certainly did not ship. There is no question that the shipping labels were switched. The tracking number on the receipt my mother received from UPS Store #2514 matches the shipping label on the box containing the pipe freeze kit. In other words, the tracking number that should have delivered my grandmother's heirlooms instead delivered someone else's Amazon return. My mother returned to the store the today and was told the manager would need to get involved because my package had gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, no one could tell us where. We were instructed to file a claim, but because we didn't know the monetary value of these mid-1800s heirlooms, the declared value was far below what they were actually worth. Even if UPS reimburses us, no amount of money can replace something that has been in my family for generations. If my package was sent to an Amazon returns facility, it will likely be discarded, recycled, or donated, and I will never see these items again. I am beyond devastated and beyond angry. A mistake like this has potentially cost me one of the only tangible connections I have left to my grandmother. To make matters worse, I am now in possession of someone else's Cold-Shot Pipe Freeze Kit, valued at approximately $573. I contacted Amazon in hopes of locating my grandmother's package or helping ensure the person who returned this item receives their refund, but they were unable to assist. Mistakes happen, but this was an entirely preventable error. If I made a mistake of this magnitude in my own profession, I would likely lose my job. I expect much greater care when entrusting UPS Store #2514 (or any UPS store for that matter) with an irreplaceable family heirloom. I sincerely hope UPS Store #2514 is able to locate my package and reunite me with these priceless pieces of my family's history. If they cannot, I expect them to take full responsibility for this egregious error and find a meaningful way to make this egregious error right, even though I know nothing can truly replace what has been lost. As of 08/13/2026, my grandmother's heirlooms are still missing. read more

Needed to drop off a package so found the closest UPS Store while I was out running errands. Understaffed but a convenient location off Sawmill Road. Service was friendly and when it was my turned I handed my boxed item, pre-paid return label was scanned, and receipt was printed. Would recommend and was a nice store/location inside and out. read more

Came here after being frustrated by poor service at the post office. At first I thought well, if I leave, it won't bother them because they know I'll just go to another PO. Then, ding! Found this. Small, with packing supplies, etc., out front. Friendly, efficient service. My package will be there in two days, for about the same price as USPS (actually, I looked online, and probably saved 50 cents or so here.) I was prepared to pay more, just to get the dang thing on its way. I often forget about UPS when shipping, and avoided them for many years (long story,) but I was very pleased this time and will keep them in mind. read more

I went into the store to drop off a package this week and was treated extremely disrespectfully by one of the employees. I believe her name was Mykayla. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said sure, and loudly called out "hey mom" and then looked at me and smirked. When her mother came out, I explained the situation, while the rude employee continued to talk over me loudly and aggressively. It was a very uncomfortable situation! I was taunted all the way out the door, with the girl calling out loudly "you have a nice day now", quite sarcastically while practically yelling. I do not think I'll be back. It was just very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Sad, because this is my neighborhood ups. Very, very poor service. Update: as you can see, the manager responded to my post, indicating that they witnessed the interaction and failed to stop it. I had to return a phone and UPS was the carrier. I stopped here and was glad that I did. It sits it a strip center right next to a cell phone repair shop. The guy that helped me was very nice and handled my transaction without a problem. He even made adjustments to my package. I had a really large box for a phone and he stuff it and changed the box for me, which he did not have to do. Usually trips to stores like this are no big to do and this was no different, but I appreciated that small act of customer service because it could have made the already nightmare of an experience I was having with my phone even worse. I didn't have a good experience at this location. Mainly the service of the employees was my concern. To keep a long story on the shorter side, I had a package delivered that required a signature. I was not home, so the driver left a note indicating this was my access point and it could be picked up there. I try to pick it up, not one, but two days in a row. Once on Friday night and the next day. The employees couldn't give me a straight answer as to where my package was and why it wasn't there. They only pushed me to contact customer support, who wasn't much help either. I ended up over at the hub (off Trabue) on Monday night where someone tracked my package down. While I can understand and appreciate it wasn't the employees faults that this happened- but I felt like a straight bother every time I spoke to any of them. They seemed like they didn't want to be asked any questions. I really hope I don't ever have to deal with this location again as I simply felt like they didn't want to try and help me. read more

Experiences like I had today solidify my choice to use any other shipping carriers other than UPS. I only used it this evening because Nike uses them by default. I already know they try to rip you off by making you pay extra for things like printing a PREPAID label and for packing materials you they'll tell you you need, so I came in with my own prepaid label and box and asked to use a little tape to which the manager/owner very crassly told me that I have to pay $7 for a roll of packing tape without the tool, which I told her I was not interested and she insisted that was the only way. We both know that it isn't, and she could have easily let me use a little tape (UPS on Sawmill helped me no problem) THEN when I went to leave after refusing to be ripped off, in a dismissive and very pretentious way, the owner said "BYE" in a tone that was very clear that she was glad to have me leave and doesn't care about my business or customer satisfaction. I will not use UPS and especially not this location if I have any choice in the matter. read more

Plus, I learned that while UPS is a massive worldwide company, this local store is owned and operated locally by one of our neighbors. My wife shipped a package to her mother in the Dominican Republic 4 weeks ago. After attempting to sell us a $250 delivery service, we finally found a more reasonable service ($80) that they said would get the package delivered in 1 week via USPS. The attendant did not seem very knowledgeable and it took us nearly 30 minutes to complete that transaction because she messed up the mailing address and wasn't sure about sending a package to a foreign country. Since my mother-in-law has not received the package, we went back to this UPS Store to find the delivery status. They weren't any help and the apparent owner/manager said that we should have shipped via UPS to improve tracking. She said that they had shipped the package as a courtesy to us and we would need to follow up with the USPS. This USPS store used to be very good for shipping packages domestically. They were fast and efficient. They seem to have lost their knowledgeable employees and are definitely lacking in customer service. As I told the manager, they might as well have taken our package and thrown it into a dumpster. If you need anything shipped overseas, I recommend that you avoid this UPS Store. We will not ever go there again. read more

I do not recommend using this store to ship anything. I returned 6 items to Amazon there on September 30, 2019 and was given 1 tracking number for all 6 items. I was contacted by Amazon in November of 2019 that 2 of the 6 items had not been received and that I would have to pay for them. When I tracked the items with the tracking number the status was "ready to ship", which was false as at least 4 had been verified delivered per Amazon (the receiver). I contacted the store, they were of no help. Very bad service. read more

I never paid much attention to any services available on this level, being very self sufficient. Now, my UPS store is an integral part of my life now that I'm the Librarian for my church choir. I get on point work results on my choir roster attendance records, and precise copy results for choir copy I need. This UPS team knows me by name, does primo timely work, and has NEVER disappointed me, and has reasonable, sympathetic prices. I highly recommend this store to make your life easier with flawless support. They also shred sensitive data one does not wish to just trash. I feel so lucky to have them in my life, and on my side! Staff was not very helpful. I ship five or six days a week for work. The guy who helped me actively discouraged me from using his location to drop off my shipments. He told me when people leave too many boxes it takes up too much room in his store. Pick up and drop off is not the same cost and not an option when traveling constantly for business. read more

Good luck finding a notary. Called two other locations and they didn't have one available. Guy at the Bethel Rd location says there is one at the Martin rd location. Drive over there, guy says it's going to be an hour before he can help because he has to get a bunch of packages out the door. read more
