The scheduling process was easy and straightforward. My coordinator (Sean) was very courteous and polite and did a very thorough job explaining the cost breakdown and what to expect for our move. I felt very prepared as to what our role would be and what we needed to do to prepare for the move. All four of our movers (Adam R, Carter P, Bryson K, Markale B) were extremely courteous and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service from start to finish. The office staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, as were the movers. The movers were careful with our belongings, yet worked quickly and efficiently. There were no dings or scuffs on the walls or floors of either house, and the new carpet was still spotless when they finished the move. We've moved 4 times in the last 20 years, and wish we had discovered Badger Brothers for the first 3 moves! Badgers Brothers moved my 96 year old mother November 17, 2025. As some of her furniture is 75 years old she was extremely concerned about the risk of damage. Brennan and Jayden were beyond meticulous. They were considerate, treated her things as if they were their own, and were wonderful about placing (and sometimes moving again) her items. Very personable. She's moved nine times in her life and says that they were the best movers she's ever had! They turned her move into a stress free experience! Great experience moving with Badger Brothers. Jack M and Colin did a great job packing up all our stuff--it all made it to the new house in great condition and well organized. And then for moving, Jack M and Christopher were awesome. Our AC went out and it was super hot and muggy out (and it rained some), but they still had great attitudes the whole time and worked efficiently to get everything onto the truck and then into our new home. These guys showed up early and never complained, only saying that they would be getting their workout that day They were fast worked as a team and asked lots of questions to make sure they were doing it right. Great staff. Our coordinator helped set up the move, explained pricing and walked through how the move would look. I had no worries about the move in the pre-process. Our movers (Alex R & Konner) communicated when they would be there, worked through challenges easily, and were very friendly. They were efficient as well.
